don't release your solo build if you have one. it will only get nerfed.

acauly i do a e/mo farming build (non-smite) i can take on 15+ hydra or 15+ sand drakes ...but i ain't telling

Haven't tried my N/Mo since patch, tomorrow I'll give it a try and see how it works for ya

My N/Mo still works just as well as it did before the patch. Results will obviously vary depending on your build, though.
