Cursed Executioner v. 3.0 *for smarter monsters update*
Ah, the re-evolution of my favorite Cursed Executioner. Some NASTY changes had to be made to my old build. Now that I use a sup. axe with +1 axe helm, I've re-balanced my stats for more dangerous versatility on the pve battlefield without compromising my ability to survive. I unfortunately had to add in a LOT more defensive stacking then I'm normally used to but I'm still capable of keeping my hp intake on a mediocre level as well as deepwound+spike my foes. Take a look at this *this is assuming +30 hp from shield, +30 hp from weapon, and sup. vigor rune*
8+1+3 Axe Mastery
9+1 Tactics
9+1 Strength
10 Curses
ah yes* 12/10/10/10 Double digits all around
Cyclone Axe
Dismember
Executioner's Strike
Bonetti's Defense
Watch Yourself!!
Dolyak Signet
Parasitic Bond / Res Sig
Spiteful Spirit {E}
Using a stack of a stance, shout, and signet, you're getting the most efficient setup of defensive stacking capabilities short of an enchantment from a friendly teammate. I bring Para Bond for those RARE farm excursions solo [which I rarely do these days, but this build works for small clumps of 6 or less enemies] The NEW bomb for the build is Spiteful Spirit {E}. I also checked, it will NOT trigger unless you get hit cleanly. [which is somewhat odd but I'll explain what the key is]
This means that if the enemy is blocked, misses, or is evaded, Spiteful's effect DOESN'T TRIGGER!!! I don't know if it's a bug though cause I tested it on Devourers, and simply sidestepped their arrows. They only recieved SS dmg when they actually hit me and did damage. So... What's this mean?
You hide behind Bonetti's just enough to fill your energy on Spiteful. The key is to SUPER spike your hexed victim using Spiteful Spirit, cover it with Para Bond. At this point, your e. pool is probably empty. Immediately hide behind Dolyak Signet and Watch Yourself!! Don't let loose with Bonetti's until after your Spiteful has recharged. When your adrenaline has the room for it. Using Dismember + Exe. Strike, though a weak spike in comparison to Evis {E} + Exe. Strike, it still SPIKES to a lesser degree and will very quickly drop your hexed victim. Move on to another foe in the mob, rinse, repeat.
The double digit stat spread is highly efficient and in a party, I ditch para bond for a res sig. My nuke is no longer nearly as effective as was Mark of pain [30s. of bliss for 10e... ]
The stacking of a stance, shout, and signet really shouts 'EFFICIENT!' and feeds the energy heavy bomb that is Spiteful Spirit {E}.
Sadly, this new update forces my original build to bring more defensive skills but his dmg output does take a step up with the dismember + exe. combo. Enemies don't scatter when being attacked AND SS is on them. Mark of Pain does cause scattering and your hexed victim may up and walk away... ;_;
Here's my old farming / team build in case you were wondering...
Cyclone Axe
Dismember
Axe Rake
Bonetti's Defense
Victory is Mine! {E}
Plague Touch / Res Sig
Enfeebling Blood
Mark of Pain
Ah, my old efficiency of Enfeebling Blood, ViM, and MoP is no longer there... ;_; BUTT!!! I can still do my role as a semi-bomb as well as a meat shield with a better axe spike at my disposal then this here build...
Any thoughts?
Right now, I'm trying to figure out a more efficient method of doing the BOMB on the mob that's pointblank with me... Someone actually mentioned that I use Suffering coupled with Enfeebling Blood, Shadow of Fear, and then re use Victory is Mine!
GAH* That's WAAYYY too slow to be considered efficient in the bare slightest degree... What to do?

I'd love to help you, but I don't think I can.. that's probably the best you're going to do with this build..

Great concept. But isn't Spiteful Spirit considered an AoE spell, If you were to move out of it, you would not be damaged. Just wondering.

Can't decide whether that's a compliment or sarcasm...
SS isn't an effect you control, the enemy controls it, and apparently, the AI isn't smart enough to just stop attacking, yet... *oh noes!!*

That's when you die...
Anyways, the monster's AI won't let them walk away and stop attacking whilst I'm attacking them. A quick spike of Dismember + Exe. Strike ensures a swift death to feed Parastic Bond...

Just curious as to why you'd want to kill the target you stuck spiteful on. Wouldn't it be better to throw spiteful on an enemy in the middle, then put p.bond on a different target and then kill that?
That way you get the spiteful aoe damage from the original target (which is steadily killing itself too) plus your spike dmg on the selected target.
Killing the target that's giving you aoe dmg seems like a bit of a waste to me, unless its a monk and you want them dead asap
