Skills, with explanations:

Energy Storage Elementalist/ Blood Necro Super Battery

Ether Prodigy {E} - Lose all enchantments. For 5-17 seconds, you gain Energy regeneration of 6. When Ether Prodigy ends, you take 2 damage for each point of energy you have. This Spell causes Exhaustion.

Aura of Restoration - For 60 seconds, you are healed for 152-350% of the Energy cost each time you cast a Spell.

Blood Ritual - Blood Ritual - Enchantment Spell
Sacrafice 17% max health. For 8-13 seconds, target touched ally gains +3 energy regeneration. Blood Ritual can not be used on the caster.

Well of Blood - Well of Blood - Spell
Exploit target corpse to create a well of blood at its location. For 8-18 seconds, allies in that area receive health regeneration of 1-5

Blood Renewal - Sacrafice 25% max health. For 10 seconds, you gain +3-5 health regeneration. When Blood Renewal ends, you gain 40-160 health.

Vampiric Gaze - Steal 18-52 health from target foe

Unholy Feast - Steal 5-41 health from up to 1-4 foes in the area

Order of Pain - Sacrifice 17% of maximum health. For 5 seconds, whenever a party member hits a foe, that party member does an additional 3-13 damage.

Perfect Defensive of Enchanting 20/20 Blood Staff

Build Play style:

Start by Casting Aura first of all, make sure you have this on as much as possible. Then run through your skills until your energy starts to run low. Cast Ether and get your energy going again Start casting your battery skills. Dont worry too much about your health. Simply cast your ass off to get your energy down so Ether doesnt bite you. When Ether ends, cast your heals (+Aura) to get to get back what you sacced and lost. By this time, your battery skills should be recharged and corpses should be evident.

Order of Pain allows for a fast number of corpses for Wells. Keep the wells near your casters most often, and warriors when they start to run low. And make sure you call what your doing with this build you have to let your teammates know what's coming to them so they know to use it. Wells will alot of time go unused because no one knows they are there.

does exhaustion ever pile up on you though?
i imagine it would but other than that seems like a very good support build for whoever needs it.
the thing is though i imagine you might not have enough energy to continually spam spells and since your energy management skill causes exhaustion i just think that would accumulate too much.
ill have to give this a try though at least its something different.

Looks like a PvE build to me, so why not just do Blood 16 Soul Reaping 13 and use Offering of Blood when you need energy? All your blood skills will be more powerful and you'll get a ton of energy via reaping.

Elementalist should leave the recharging to necros. BR is touch range, gives only 13 energy (while you lose 10 + 5 (heal spell)). Have you ever heard of anyone asking for an ele battery in pve?
