Skills - Draw Conditions
This wouldn't be a very good skill to use in pvp, might have some application in pve. Don't really know.

Draw conditions is not an elite skill, whilst Martir and Restore Condition are. If, for example, you wish to use the Plague Sending elite skill, then you may use Draw Conditions...
Draw conditions heals yourself for some amount, Martir and Restore condition do not.
I have not yet clear how does Draw conditions work for divine favor... who does get the divine favor you your target or both?

Your target, but you get healed for each condition you draw.
I use it as a quick heal (when RoF is already recharging) on my divine prot .
Martyr heals the caster btw, if he have points into Divine Favor.

My N/Mo loves this skill. Being a touch spiker and all. Plague touch helps to get those conditions off asap and maybe on to warriors.. With aotl you dont really have to worry about the healing it gives.
