I don't think strength of honor works with bows... It should only work in melee.

Not to mention you're very energy-intensive and aren't carrying a single defensive stance. Combined, those leave you high and dry after a short burst of intense fire. If I were thee, I'd think about tossing Concussion Shot and adding in the usual Whirling Defense. And yes, Strength of Honor is just for melee-ists. Perhaps, in its place, Bane Signet? Decent skill from the Smiting line, good defense booster against attacking Warriors. Well, that and it's about all I can think of besides Throw Dirt :-P

why not take Smite? deals pretty good damage and it gets the benefit of Expertise. Personally, I'd try to get your Expertise up to 13. That's the break point for 5 and 10 cost skills.
as for defencive stances, I'd think it's pretty common knowledge that Rangers are stance tanks, and as such, should be hit with Wild Blow right away. besides, you're gonna be really far away from the actual fighting, so you probably won't get targeted right away. better to concentrate on attacking, IMO.

if you mean comp arenas or TA, barrage isn't quite worth it IMO. it's most effective when used against several grouped targets. often times your 4 targets aren't spaced close enough to be hit by barrage. maybe poison arrow or punishing shot would be a good replacement.
concussion shot eats up an incredible amount of energy, so that would be best replaced with a defensive stance.
Strength of honor doesn't work with bows, so you could replace that with some sort of self-heal.
those're my tips.

actually break point for that 10 energy is 12. 13 is break point for 5 energy. but ya i get wat u mean.
dont use concussion shot. add whirling. also if u can have beast at 4 u can add Tigers fury for extra spam of dmg. but u got too much energy things. u need more exp and big ernegy skills

Concussion shot is not worth it. Condition can be so easily removed. I mean you can easily interrupt other casters like Ele, Necro and Mesmer. The only class that is very hard to interrupt is Monk and Daze doesn't seem to work because most monks bring mend alignment. The condition is gone in 1s.
Barrage is not that good in PvP. I've tried. It seems the only time it's worth it is to shoot at warriors who try to gangbang a monk/caster.
