Me/W Non-IW... Warrior hunter?
Ah what the hey... ^_^
A blend of Illusion, Domination, and Tactics will help you drop your foes with haste and without using IW... Hmm... Another way to be a melee mesmer perhaps?
12+1+3 Illusion Magic
8+1 Domination
10 Tactics
Fragility
Ethereal Burden
Soothing Images
Empathy
Sever Artery
Gash
Gladiator's Defense {E}
Shield Stance
Yep, a conditions based monster capable of dropping foes using a combination of hexes and conditions. Since Swordsmanship is 0, the conditions don't last more than 5 seconds each and during that time, you're ignoring their armor with said conditions. It's a warrior so chances are good they'd be swinging back at ya so Glad's Defense combined with Empathy and Soothing Images can keep ya alive. Snaring them with Ethereal Burden should prove quite useful. The conditions/hex combo does the killing, the sword should not...
If the warrior decides to put an end to your stance, Empathy and Soothing Images should keep you alive just long enough to see them die. [competent monk not withstanding]
Obvious weaknesses include:
your monk dies, then yeah, you're screwed... lol
anti warrior tactics such as stances and DAS hexes
Hex + Condition removal combinations. Thankfully, they're not spammable enough when compared to the hexes used.
Energy Denial. Without energy to do your stuff, you're stuck since your energy management relies on timing rather than an actually energy gain skill.
If you're worried about damage, then don't play this character, his damage is indirect, it's his indirectness that helps. A warrior with no adrenaline under frenzy and empathy is going to die. Plain and simple. I should know, my warrior died under empathy too many times anyway... Sure I'd stop attacking, then the enemy team just kills me, lose-lose...
So there you have it, an anti-warrior mesmer using warrior tactics to win...

replace shield stance with clumsiness ?
gladiator defence has nice recharge, and shield stance isnt necessary (also it slows u)

Is two conditions + fragility really sufficient to kill anyone? Even with mild damage from empathy and glads def?
You have no self heal, only glads defence & shield stance for defence, your only way of getting energy is through ethereal burden, and you've got nothing at all against enemy casters...
Frankly, to me it seems a suicide build.

u dont need self heal in PvP (i always laugh at those ranger who bring troll urgent)
dont even try to make a "perfect for all" build in PvP
a good build only have one(or two sometimes, no more) purpose
shutdown mesmer should shutdown
nuker should nuke, bring self-heal will ruin ur nuking ability

You do need self heal if you're doing CA. Two times out of three you don't have a monk in your team, and mesmers get targeted first. Oh, and a res-signet.
If you're doing HoH or TA, the above mesmer is basically a sword warrior with 60 AL and zero in weapon skill, using hexes & conditions to do damage. That still don't seem like a winning formula to me.

Well I think if you want to do damage with fragility you need to look more at something a little more consistent for causing conditions. I think a Me/W waiting on Adrenaline isn't really consistent enough and probably won't live long enough.
With /N you can take Enfeeble with 0 curses and virulence with around 10 death(combo costs 10 energy not including fragility). This gives 7 pips of degen I think and Enfeeble recharges fast. You can hit them with Phantom Pain to hit 9 degen? and have another fragility bump. Still it's not much of a spike but the degen along with it is pretty nice.
I'm just doing this off the top of my head. So maybe something like:
Max out Illusion
around 10 in death
rest in fast cast for interrupts
1.Enfeeble
2. Virulence
3 Phantom Pain
4 Fragility
5 Interrupt
6 Interrupt
7 Conjure Phantasm
8 Res Sig
Another option for this is not using any death at all so the conditions wear off quick and give another bump to fragility
Still problems include:
No self heal.
No defensive spells.
*edit* got interrupted at work. I don't think fragility builds work all that great myself. If a warrior and a mesmer/necro are ganking one thing though they can bump it quite a bit and it does add up. In PVE Conditions are pretty much worthless at some parts of the game.

Ohh.. please run past my interupt mesmer (yes, I believe rangers are better at interupting, but I have a mesmer not a ranger :P )
With no points in fast casting, empathy would be interupted, followed by Etheral Burden.
However, you being a mesmer and me being a mesmer, I'm inclined to ignore you and let someone else deal with the mesmer, like the warrior you're hasseling with that setup

eternal burden, conjure phantasm, phantom pain, clumsiness - and warriors will curse you Conditions harm them but to kill warrior with hexes and cons..... curse necro will be able to do that but i doubt anyone else is capable of doing so.
