Some help with CA warrior build
what i do it run in on the warriors or rangers, with balth spirit up
then i just whack them. when the time is right i use SoJ on myself or whoevers gettin hit hard. if i'm against a warrior i take them down easy with riposite and deadly riposite. when i have a hex on me i run into the group and use smite hex
my problem is conditions. i get massive condition degen and usually the monk doesnt do anything about it. i was thinking going strength and using that i will survive
any suggestions?

Playing as a warrior in CA, I would either take Mend Ailment or Smite Hex. Taking both, along with Ressurection Signet, some method of healing, then some form of speed boost left me with only three slots for attack skills. I think you have to judge for yourself which is more important, conditions or hexes then take one of those two skills.

First off, as a warrior in CA, you should be fighting primarily monks and elementalists, not warriors and rangers. Warrior vs warrior is an extremely unproductive use of your time, and if you go after rangers, there's a good chance you'll just get yourself caught in a dust trap, or he'll use throw dirt or escape. Since you're bringing hex removal, you could probably go after mesmers and maybe necros too, though I'm usually very wary of going after necros with a warrior. Hence, I would drop riposte and deadly riposte for galrath slash and final thrust if you aren't using them already. If you want an all-purpose condition remover, you can take purge conditions, which doesn't require any skill investments.

instead of purge i think i'll go with mend ailment. recharge on ailment is quicker and same energy
i'm thinkin going strength and using i will survive so i wont lose energy spamming mend ailment and some skills like protectors strike or bulls strike, and sprint.

Well, my W/Mo CA build (Warrriors aren't very good in CA) is as follows:
Frenzy
Eviscerate [E]
Strength of Honor
Dismember
Smite Hex
Bull's Strike
Berserker Stance/Endure Pain
Sprint
Axe Mastery- 11+3=14
Smiting Prayers- 9
Strength- Left Over Points +1+1

you have too many energy skills for using a maintained enchant
why bring dismember with evis?
never take endure pain in pvp
i find warriors using anything short of a 1/4sec skill in 4v4 to be too "clunky"
