A question about Serpents Quickness.
Serpents Quickness:For 15-27 seconds, recharge times for your skills are reduced by 33%. Serpent's Quickness ends if your health drops below 50%.
They say "Skills" would that mean it reduces the charge time for all skills..or is it only reduced to that of Certain skills. (Ex:Bow Attacks.) Thanks in advance. |

Just wondering, but does this skill stack with Quickening Zephyr?
Serpent's Quickness reduces the recharge time of your skills by 33%, while Quickening Zephyr makes them charge twice as fast, I'm thinking these two would be a pretty powerful combination if they do indeed stack. |

they do stack. thats a combo that trapper groups use when trapping underworld. qz, ew, and serpents is a KILLER combo
