take out Penetrating blow, Dolyak signet, and watch yourself and put in Vigorous Spirit, Bal's Spirit, Healing Breeze and Cyclone Axe...drop the strength (unless your shield needs it) and up your Smite (for extra adren from Bal's Spirit) or tactics (for extra damage/length of Glads and Bonneti's)...
basically it's the same build most farmers used pre-patch with Glad's and Dismember added instead of AoE smites...i use Glad's armor and used a Crimson Carapace Shield w/ enchant bonuses until i got a Malinion's Shield...the good thing about this build is that it nearly ignores the distracting shots from Rockshots in the griffon farming area near Augury Rock...

1) Full knight's armor? You realize the Dmg abs is global and doesn't stack right...One peice of knight armor is all you need. You can go Glads armor for farming.
2) Cyclone Axe FTW! ..seriously..Cyclone Axe hits all adjacent foes, so dmgs and charges adren. fast, like the guy already suggested.
3) Most people will call out Mending. Its generally accepted that "Live Vicariously" (or Vigorous Spirit) gives more of an effect in this type of situation. Especailly if you do number 2... and it is still healing prayers based which was what you requested.
EDIT IN: Just thought of something above guy posted - He is right about Balt's spirit and the attribute setting me thinks, But you dont have to totally wreck your Watch yourself/Doylak startegy just to conform to what "everyone" uses.

you need to streamline that build..
heres what i use.
Bonettis
Cyclone
Glads Defense
vigorous spirit
healing breeze (its there just incase normally i dont use it )
mending
live vicariously
and an extra slot. I dont like balths aura since the update.. the monsters tend to run away, and going with bonettis and glads, your in a stance 99% of the time.

use this build
STR:11
AXE:12
HEALING:8
TACTICS:11
SMITE:3
I use runes.
I can take down 4-5 mobs easily and Im sure this build is pretty common because it is so successful when used (the pic shows 12 griffons but you can do more-the most I have done personaly is 4 mobs of griffons and 2 mobs of minotaurs at same time cos they ran in). Switch your target every 10 secs so your allways attacking the one with most hp otherwise you will have killed most and be left fighting the last few with full hp (which is annoying) also if your facing the griffon boss then allways attack it and never the minions. I Use a vamp axe, platemail helm, glads boots-curiass-leggings, knights gloves and Thorgalls shield.
cast mending then run to griffon area from augury. Use sprint if you want to get there fast then wait for full regen and cast balthazars then run in and heard a groups of 3-4-5 depending on what you can. cast glads def then live vicariously, breeze, cyclone then cyclone again and bonettis...then switch between cyclone and bonettis until glads is recharged. The trick isto wait for cyclone to recharge then use bonettis straight away...wait for cyclone recharge and bonettis straight away so your basically allways in this stance except when using glads def (dont use bonettis until glads has run out! cos it replaces it). Use breeze just before cyclone now and again if your in trouble. Piece-o-cake!
