Default Juicey's SS buiiiiiild [PvP]

Alright, I donno if this has been posted or not, I did a search of this forum for 'spiteful' and didn't see anything similiar but some UW-related builds.

So here's my SS build I thought up late last night in an effort to get some faction to try out FoC spiking... little did I know this build would get me the faction and then some in a quarter of the time ^^

this was mainly designed for CA, only place I've tested it.

N/*

Attributes
Blood Magic: 10 [9 +1]
Soul Reaping: 10 [9 + 1]
Curses: 16 [12 + 1 + 3]

Skills
Vampiric Gaze*
Spiteful Spirit {E}
Faintheartedness
Weaken Armor
Insidious Parasite
Parasitic Bond
Awaken the Blood
Resurrection Signet

Weapons
Rod: [curses] 20% chance RECHARGE on curses;
Focus: [curses] 20%/20% on curses

Notes
* vampiric gaze was added as a last minute thing [52 damage with AtB] so you can count that as a free slot if you really want, I never used it -too- much.

Alright, when you enter the arena, the enemy team will most likely have a warrior or ranger of some sort. Throw up Awaken the Blood [AtB] and cast Spiteful Spirit, then Insidious Parasite, followed by Parasitic bond on the warrior. That is to say, if they have a warrior, if not, follow same steps but on the ranger [don't insid if it's a trapper!]

Once your Spiteful recharges [10s + 40% chance of recharge] -- switch to a softer target: [any caster] And then cast parasitic bond on them.

if a monk is present and warriors are on your team, use weaken armor, same if an earth ele. Otherwise dont blow the 10en ^^.

Now, if there was more than one fighter type enemy [warrior / ranger or someone meleeing], cast faintheartedness on them, followed by parasitic bond [this is your cover-hex! it is to prevent your main hex's removal!]

By now you can recast ss / insid on any warriors res'd etc, spread parasitic on everyone, and vamp gaze as needed.

It's a really fun build to run, and I suggest targeting warriors first because the damage is so high that once you switch over to the monk, the warrior's chances of survival are very low .

Sorry again if a similiar build has been posted.

if u use soul barbs insted of vamperic u can get more dmg out of this build as it does around 37 dmg every time a hex or enchanment is put on the target meaning if a monk puts up an enchantment there actually helping to kill there team mates. it tends to work as monks sometimes spam enchanments on a target thats about to die.

Yeah I was messing around with soul barbs, I didn't like it too much because it didn't leave me with a 'last minute quick heal last spiteful spirit before I go down' enabler.

true but u could swap it for awakening. even tho its a good spell ull only get about 4 extra dmg from ss. if u change it with the amount of curses u have ull do over 100 dmg if u curse a single target. thn ud still have ur heal for the last spiteful and u couldn't be hit with spells that take ur enchament away and/or do extra dmg for it

i use a SS build in CA sometimes, and i find that you normally want to use SS as your only 15 energy skill, since it has low recharge and your gonna have to cast it quite often.

i use malaise and heal area and remove all the blood skills in general. Sometimes i like to use the weaken armor + Mark of Pain combo, since like theres a 75% chance of having a warrior on your team.

but thats just my version, and ill test yours out too ^^

i like to use a N/Me and throw arcane echo in the mix, i use superior curses and blood magic runes and run with Awaken the Blood and Demonic Flesh, that way i can get 18 blood magic and 17 curses and around 600hp. using arcane echo i can use Spiteful Spirit twice and cover two targets at once, if it is two warriors snading near each other the damage will be doubled on each of them and does around 39 damage for me while awaken is on, otherwise 35. Only trouble with this build is it is very energy intensive and so you need to be careful what targets you put it on, always cover with parasitic bond too.

I'm gunna try yours out!

The only thing I don't like is malaise, the en degen would stop the casters from casting as much [a bit redundant...] so ss damage slows ;s
