you must ask yourself one thing beforehand, are you being pelted by other people while using backbreaker?
i'd say berserker's stance would be the better choice, or you could also dip into the ranger skills and get tiger's fury, which is like frenzy, but non attack skills are diabled for a short amount of time. oh and no "take double damage while using" stipulation

Berzerker stance ends if you use a skill. So I am thinking you have to go with frenzy. If you are wanting the IAS for addranline gain, why not "For Great Justice!"?
