Ok, I made a build of N/E that IMO works really well to help others. It could be made with E/N the only difference is that you would put excess points into Energy Storage instead of Soul Reaping. I think soul reaping works better for PvE, but I have not played very much PvP yet so i cannot say too much about that. My guess would be that E/N would be a better build for that because bodies do not drop like flies as in PvE.

The idea is that you start leeching life off of 1 or 2 guys to get 3 or 6 health regen with life siphon, then you cast fire storm/meteor shower, then you rush in and do a phoenix (be near when you do phoenix so that they a few of them take both damages) and lavafont. By now you generally have one creature dead. so you put down a well of blood/power for the 5 health regen for you and your party. At this point it healers have an easy time healing those outside the well. You can stay inside the well and use life siphon and vapiric touch or gaze or whatever health stealing you want. And because you keep getting energy from soul reaping and well of power you can continuously cast lavafont and well of blood/power and when your other spells are available again cast them for more damage.

My idea is:
Blood magic 11 +1 from scar
fire magic 12
Soul reaping whatever is left over - i think you can get it to 7 with minor runes feel free to correct me if im wrong

1 vampiric gaze
2 life siphon
3 well of blood/power
4 fire storm/meteor shower
5 lava font
6 phoenix
7 glyph of lesser energy
8 res sig

for 4-6 any AoE attacks will do. These just seemed to work the best for me, especially lavafont because it is available so often.

I'm a N/E with fire, death, blood, and soul reaping. I almost never run out of mana in PVE.

I mainly start by casting glyph of lesser energy (5 mana, then firestorm is for free), then firestorm (recharges twice as fast as meteor) then lava font, then phoenix, then inferno.

Or if that's overkill, I just do lava font, phoenix, inferno then lava font should be ready again.

I also use unholy feast if I need too, (25 hp from each monster around me * 10 monsters = 250 health) with another spell that gets me a tasty 188 health from each corpse.
