Default Got a quick Question about N/Me

I made a new N/Me character, and hes just a debuff guy. How can I edit the skills so he can be more effective for the quick PvE battles?

My guy uses Blood Magic, Curses, and Domination Magic.

Blood Magic 11
Curses 12
Domination 11

Weaken Armor/Chaos Storm
Faintheartedness
Life Siphon
Blood is Power{E}
Mark of Pain
Soul Barbs
Backfire
Empathy

I know my guys effective in PvP, but how about PvE???

Debuffers don't heal themselves through life stealing...

A debuffer's role is to make a character, ANY character nearly useless in combat.

I can see how dangerous such a build is. In PvE, chuck blood for Soul Reaping and simply feed off the screwups of your foes.
