I haven't done much as a monk but my guess is that you would need to either find some way of slowing the warrior (with a skill from a secondary profession) or find a ranger that you can call to to use things like pin down. Other than that...*shrugs* need to look through the skills list and see if anything will be of help.
*edit*
Ok after looking through the monk skills the only thing that I see would be pacifism to prevent them from attacking...but this won't work for multiple people attacking you. Other than that, maybe an experienced monk will be able to help

mesmers have some good slowing spells, which is what you really need, unless you want to become a smiting monk, and try to go toe to toe with a warrior. You might be able to outlast him. Might.

A smiting monk could take down a warrior reasonably well, I mean shield of judgment or Signet of judgement would be really good and wouldn't think of coming toe to toe if you cast balthazars aura or symbol of wrath. Plus if you have good healing skills then you could out-heal the damage with the help of protective spirit.

If the warrior attacks you, just heal yourself. You should be able to keep up with him. If he is really annoying, get a teammate to cripple him with pin down etc, or pacify him. If there is another monk on your team, get him to heal you.
So really, the counter to warrior is teamwork :P

Great thx for all the replies, well usualy im so busy healin my team that i dont have so much mana to keep up with his damage. Ill try a smiter monk to damage him back and seen a few elite skills that could help me. Also going to try at a mesmer secondary with anti combat, or get a clan mate in guildbattles as my bodygaurd
