Default wa/ele tank?

I was thinking of making a wa/ele based on swords/tactics/element.
Earth has some nice defensive buffs, but water does as well. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has a tested pve build using this kind of setup.

I'm using W/E for my pve but I like fire magic. More damage. It's a powerful combination if you know how to use your skills and manage your energy.

Using earth's wards and water's buffs, you'll have good AR, but you won't be able to solo (without using tactics). Remember that warrior/elementalists are elementalists for a reason: conjure element and the close range aoe.
