1) Maelstrom [Water Magic] (25,4,30) Spell: Create a maelstrom at target foe's location. For 10 seconds, foes in that area are struck for 20 cold damage each second. Maelstrom interrupts spell-casting when it hits. This spell causes exhaustion.

2) Blurred Vision [Water Magic] (15,1,20) Hex: For 16 seconds, target foe and nearby foes are hexed with Blurred Vision. While hexed, those foes have a 50% chance to miss with attacks.

3) Lightning Touch [Air Magic] (15,1,10) Skill: Target touched foe and all adjacent foes are struck for 30 lightning damage. Foes suffering from a Water Magic hex are struck for an additional 30 lightning damage. This spell has 25% armor penetration.

4) Lightning Orb [Air Magic] (15,2,5) Spell: Lightning Orb flies towards target foe and strikes for 70 lightning damage if it hits. This spell has 25% armor penetration.

5) Arcane Echo [Illusion Magic] (15,2,30) Enchantment: If you cast a spell in the next 17 seconds, Arcane Echo is replaced with that spell for 20 seconds. Arcane Echo ends prematurely if you use a non-spell skill.

6) Aura of Restoration [Energy Storage] (10,0,20) Enchantment: For 60 seconds, you are healed for 317% of the energy cost each time you cast a spell.

7) Glyph of Lesser Energy [none] (5,1,30) Glyph: Your next spell cost 15 less energy to cast.

8) Elemental Attunement [none] (10,2,60) Enchantment: For 45 seconds, you are attuned to air, fire, water, and earth. You gain 50% of the energy cost of the spell each time you use magic associated with any of these elements. This is an elite skill.


This build I came up with for PvP and PvE. My main weapon here would be lightning orb and with arcane echo I could have 2 running most of the time. Maelstorm would serve as my primary interrupt/dot. Blurred Vision would serve as a half blind and is the key to my lightning touch combo, that would do 60 damage to my target and all adjacent foes plus a 25 percent armor penentration. Elemental Attunement combined with Gylph of lesser enegy would allow me to set off my spells(particuraly Maelstorm) and still have power left. Aura of Restoration would do wonders because with 2 lightning orbs for the price of one (Elemental Attunement), with 15 power and 4 seconds i could get healed for 95 health.

I havent tested this build yet seeing as i am only lvl 6 but I think in theory it could work (On the Edge it seemed to work good). I havent seen a build like it so far, but sorry if this has been done before and if their are spelling errors. Opinions?

You don't really need Illu at 5 to use Arcane Echo....go 11 10 10 insteat and only 1 in Illusion Magic....otherwise, everything can work out if used well...
