Mantra of Recovery -- Where is it?
The title says it all. I can't find the damn skill. Help please?

The question is not where but HOW do u get this skill. I did many runs, but the two bosses never used it. I got energy Drain by draining the boss energy but there is only one skill that reduce recharge time. Its a Ranger skill, so do i have to find a Ranger with that skill or is there another way to get this Mantra?

Mantra of Recall is a "stance" they cast instansantly and don't register on that bar below the enemy's life bar. They say you should fight him them back off, when you see purple swirls around him, he just used it. You can also spam SoC. How did I do it? I spammed SoC and got lucky.
