Where i can take this elite skill ?

Thirsty River Mission - you go through three rounds 1v1, 1v2, and 1v3. On the 1v3 round the boss to the left of the gate uses Word of Healing. The best way to get to him, and still kill the priest so they don't get res'd, is to bring a ranger along, and have that person snipe the patrolling guard before you open the last gate (opening the gate starts the timer, so taking out the patrol group saves about 20 seconds - every 2 minutes, if the priest is alive, that groups minions get res'd). I didn't catch his name because I was watching for the elite skill, but he and the priest heal each other lol.

There's also a monk boss in the elona's reach mission that has it.

I got mine from the Forgotten <something> Monk boss in Elona's Reach mission. I was too busy healing in Thirsty River to even pay attention to what bosses were casting, there.
