I think it's a fine build. Some suggestions:

Ether Feast is nice and all, but in a good group (hell, even w/ henchies) I find I rarely use it. You might replace it with Phoenix?

Have you ever thought about dropping flare all together (I know this sounds like sacrilege to some, but the energy cost of spamming it can be debilitating in late game PvE). I'm just asking here... I'd like to see some other E/Me responses on this.

I would add meteor, I find it very useful in PVP.

If you drop flare, what would you use for DD? AOE spells are all too energy-intensive to spam, so what's the alternative?
