And barrage is sweeeeet indeed! Can take out groups of mobs in a short time when using live vicariously and some other well-planned tricks.

some boss at the first Ring of Fire mission has Incindiary Arrows
another boss at that same mission has Oath Shot
Marksman's Wager can be found from a boss at Thirsty River
Greater Conflagration is spammed everywhere at the last mission (Hell's Precipice)

that's all I've actually seen so far.

I've had 0 luck with this. I've gone after it 3 times just spamming and every time, the dragon seems to start the fight with Pin Down and never do another skill at all, not even another Pin.

According to the Prima guide, a Forgotten boss by the name of Ssyl Feshah has it (they don't even mention the dragon). But the guide doesn't list locations for bosses, only names. Anyone have any ideas where to find this bugger so I can try it?

The Facet of Nature won't use its elite unless you have at least one condition on it. Bring along Orion – he'll set the dragon on fire, and it should activate resilience within a few seconds.

i used apply poison and it used it almost instantly
