A signet is a spell that doesnt require energy to use. They usually take some time to cast and a long time to cool down(ie, inoreder to cast again).

A signet is not a spell. That's like one of the best things going for it.

Signets, as they are not a direct skill, but more like a magical ring, can sometimes have certain disadvantages and limited power. Lots of signets will say they can only be used once every so often - res signet, once every mission, or capture signet, once a signet. Signet tend not to be as powerful as skills, and if you can find a skill that does the same thing as the signet except it doesn't have the disadvantage (as far as I know this only applies for ressuerction), then you should use it.

And capes are a guild related 'perk' that cost 2k silver to implement after the creation of a guild. You can do so at the appropriate NPC (Not really sure of their tag of the top of my head. [Emblemer] or something like that.)

A signet is not a spell at all. You have to be specific about that, cause some things interupt "spells" and some interupt everything (ie: "skills"). A signet is a skill that doesn't require energy to use. I'm fairly sure they all have "signet" in the name.

As for capes. Capes are a guild trademark. A guild buys a cape (for all it's members and members to come automatically) as it's banner for 2,000 gold. (2 platinum). If you are the guild leader, you can make it look however you like.
