-2 stance -2 enchanted would still be better, i've tested a 10 vs piercing shield on fow solo, didnt work as well as a -2 stance shield.

on small damage (like this smite run), absorbtion > armor.
on large damage (like aatxes), armor > absorbtion.

yeah -2-2 is good, but if all you got is -2, then just do -2 and watch yourself, comes to the same thing i think =]

Oh I forgot to mention it's best to use this if you can't seem to find any -2/-2 shield, they probably will be veary rare, ofcourse absorbtion works better, my bad.

Here's one for sword that ive been running and love it so Far Thx for the ide!

Strongly recomend full set of Knights/Ascalon armor like said before. Been trying with non Knight/Ascalon its just a pain to do it whitout!

This build seems to work really well and fast.

You use it only to clear the grasps and smites or do you kill the coldfires as well? I've only used against the smites and grasps and it works really well.

as for gear/attribute point allocation:

the shield can be bought from him and the Sword is a collector's reward from this dude modded with an enchant upgrade, so my gear is by no menas perfect and there are a lot of options for shield and sword, but it works and it's easy

For armor, I use Full Knights with +1 Strength Helm with Sup Strength-, Swordmanship- and Absorptionrune, High Vigor and Minor Tactics

right now, I'm testing, whether it's possible to substitude Healing Sig for Lions Comfort. If that works, I could ditch the points in tactics and raise Swordmanship and/or Illusionmagic but I'm not sure how hard the "Disable all signets for 12 secs" would impact on Dolyak though im confident it might work...

what armour/ runes do u use for this build im kinda bad at guessing lol
