My suggestions: Spirit's Gift is too great heal to ignore, I would replace instances of Spirit to Flesh for it, and ideally put it on Signet of Spirits hero. Purely because it can heal union/shelter/displacement.
Seccond Sprot Spirit on Necroes can be replaced with spirit bond (be thematic, damnit!)
I would stay away from preservation; you also miss Wanderlust (which I suggest as replacement) ... which is quite awesome when subduing enemies.

I myself did little experimentation that kinda offtopic, but can be fun gimmick when two players run rt heroes and can micro them, so ON-topic:
4x Rt/A: Explosive Growth -> Deaths Charge -> Signet of Spirits - easy, near instant, 600hp damage, followup with Ancestral & moar spirits.

Hmm.
How would it work with a single human taking on something like the Channeling role, using two rit heroes and one N/Rt on the Restoration build, filling the rest with henchmen? Lose DPact and take Vampirism perhaps...
Not sure on the worth of Agony though... it would perhaps be nice to take Spiritleech Aura, but that's in Restoration Magic.
Clearly it won't be as effective and I have not yet seen first hand the damage output of the spirits.

Hmm...are you using spirit siphon on Rit #3 with no points in channeling? If so, I'm pretty sure you only get 4 energy back, when it costs 5 to begin with.
But yeah, this looks really fun...I'd been brainstorming about spirit spamming post-update, but never really got around to putting builds down on paper. And I completely overlooked Reclaim Essence.

I know I'm asking several questions without testing it out myself, but I won't have time to give it a shot until later this evening, so bear with me =).
--When I was toying with some Rit hero bars after the buff, I also wanted to include Union/Shelter as a party wide "first wave" debuff, however, the spirits died incredibly quickly due to the "lose health when preventing damage" clauses. The way I would see around this is if the heroes are smart enough to Reclaim --> Shelter/Union in the middle of battle if the protection is necessary. Is this the case?
--What buffs affect the spirits? As players, I was thinking a support Ele or Para would be insane, Paragons because of the new buffs to Command or Eles with, say, an Earth build using Churning, Unsteady, and a couple of wards (including EBSoH). I can't get to the wiki right now and stare at skill descriptions, but I'm wondering if this would be a good idea for one of the human players, the other being big d0mage.

Random thought (didn't see it mentioned) - has anybody tried Spirit Boon Strike with this to try and make the damage-on-effect spirits (Shelter, Displacement, etc.) last longer?
Can't get in-game to test myself.
Edit: never mind, 10e, 2c, 20r says this is a retarded idea.

Combined with Armour of Unfeeling, it's another 3 hits for Displacement and Shelter, but it cannot be used frequently enough or timely enough for it to merit a spot on the bar.
A human could probably run Summon Spirits though, but it'll only keep the spirits going a little bit longer.
