My single favorite skill is Plague Touch. Upon my W/N, it is both a life saver, and a bane for my enemies.

Warrior: Final Trust. so nice to see a big chunk of health go bye-bye.
Ranger: Barrage. with chkkrs it's like never ending mass damage
Necro: Flesh Golem. instant friend. lol
Elementalist: Dragon Stomp. expensive & exahsting, but high damage & long distance knockdown ftw. Plus it just looks impressive.
Mesmer: Backfire. Punish enemy monks.
Rit: Shelter. very much behind the scenes, but it can save your butt.

I'm liking the Nightfall skill Magebane Shot. Its great interupting practice skill and good for shutting down casters.

Going on aesthetics only for this list:
Necromancer : Offering of Blood or Blood is Power. I like the artwork for BiP, but Offering of Blood sounds much more insidious.
Mesmer : Migraine. The perfect description for them.
Monk : Word of Healing. I broke my monk cherry using this skill. It may not be in the metagame as much as it used to be, but it still holds a special place in my heart.
Ranger : Melandru's Arrows. I like the artwork and the skill is pretty nice too.
Warrior : I actually just got a new favorite. Decapitate. It's not a great skill by any means, but the artwork is funny (giant minotaur ready to decapitate) and the one hit damage has to be up there with the most potent skills out there. It's a shame it utterly cripples your character after using it, but I suppose it'd just be a stronger Eviscerate if it didn't.
Elementalist : I can't really pick a favorite skill out, as I haven't used the ele too much. I recall using immolate when I was a newbie, and it's not a bad skill either. I really haven't touched them in a long time
Ritualist/Assassin : Don't have much experience with them. Factions was kind of gay
Dervish : Reaper's sweep. Or as I like to call it, the stunner. The artwork is good and the skill itself is sweet (+43 damage @ 16 scythe I think, deep wound if under 50% health).
Paragon : Go for the Eyes! I was a huge Baldur's Gate fan back in the day.
