for 10 energy (like 4-5 under expertise), and only an 8 recharge (Not mmuch more than most bow attacks!)

Its Alot of +dmg, anf Burning for 80% fo the time.

Screw Poison Arrow. PvE anyway.

Paragon/Dervish: Cant say yet.
