The two very cheap non-elite elites: Distracting Shot and Reversal of Fortune.

One not mentioned yet, which is my third: Spirit Shackles. Singlehandedly shuts down archers, assassins, and to a lesser degree paladins. Works on anyone caught off guard. Decent cost and recharge. There I'm done.

Orison (Im attached to it)
Resurrect (I LOVE IT)
Heal Other + Divine Boon (Y HELO THAR, WUD U LEIK 300 HELTH /?)
Energy Tap (Yeah, I know its a mesmer skills, but enemy losing 5 energy and you get 10 for 5e, sweetness)

Glyph of anything.

Glyph of Renewal. Glyph of Energy. Glyph of Sacrifice. All break the rules in some big ways (ok, Glyph of Energy less than the others), and often in ways people don't expect.

Admittedly, I usually use Glyph of Sacrifice with Echo/Meteor Shower, to drop two meteor showers on an enemy with only a one second delay between them (the activation of Glyph of Sacrifice).
