just a general healing bar works fine with my monk hero
[skill]Dwayna's Kiss[/skill][skill]Cure Hex[/skill][skill]Ethereal Light[/skill][skill]Light of Deliverance[/skill][skill]Spotless Soul[/skill][skill]Words of Comfort[/skill][skill]Signet of Rejuvenation[/skill][skill]Resurrection Chant[/skill]
atts
healing 12 + 1+ 1
divine 12 + 1
works wonders lots of 5 energy and both a hex/condtion remover
tho personally if i was to run LoD id go LoD/Infuse.
[skill]Light of Deliverance[/skill][skill]Reversal of Fortune[/skill][skill]Spirit Bond[/skill][skill]Infuse Health[/skill][skill]Guardian[/skill][skill]Dismiss Condition[/skill][skill]Remove Hex[/skill][skill]Rebirth[/skill]
can't quite remember the atts but i think its
healing 12 +1
protection 11-12 +1 +1
divine rest +1

I made Ogden my designated LoD hero and he uses this build
Lod, Kiss, Words of Comfort, Rof, Dismiss Condition, Cure Hex, Signet of Rejuv, Res Sig (or res spell clicked off).
Hench AI can't be trusted with Prot Spirit. He's pretty good with using LoD when more than one character meets the requirement instead of using it as a single person heal.

Don't ever run infuse health on a hero. Anyone who tells you to run it, unless they disable it on that hero, seriously needs to re-consider their hero bars. The heros use it like an everyday heal and often on Minions, when they are the FOCUS of the damage.
I run all 5e skills on my Monks because they really suck with energy management.

ahah infuse... last time I ran infuse, tahlkora didn't even touch it, although I was being spiked.
I wouldn't give them SB. They use it just like PS, and it's less useful in pve.
As for LoD, micro manage it. They still use it sometimes, you just have to force them to use it more.

I give LoD heroes:
Light of Deliverance
Dwayna's Kiss
Cure Hex
Signet of Rejuvenation
Protective Spirit
Shield of Absorption
Dismiss Condition
Aegis
It does pretty much everything you want it to, the Protspirit and Shield are redbarred of course but the AI is fast enough and the skills sufficiently powerful that they're still awesome.

That seems awfully energy intensive, are you running lyric of zeal along with that or somesuch?

The only thing that makes it energy intensive at all is Aegis, which is basically cast once. You can drop it for GLE, but that only gets used on Protspirit and really doesn't add anything, you could put empty slot there and the energy is fine. Dropping the Signet of Rejuvenation for GLE has the energy working great as well and you get good Glyph usage, though you can feel the missing heal. Since the energy is fine without Aegis, I don't mind the hero running down a touch over the course of a minute since fights rarely last that long, and if they do Aegis is usually money.
If you want the hero's energy to be awesome forever, just drop the Aegis for GLE and he'll rarely dip below half. I ran it in all the above ways for stretches and just prefer the heavier prot version now.
There's virtually always a Blood Ritual stashed on a hero or henchman somewhere, but it isn't required to make the hero function. It gets used more to refill energy between mobs.

Ensign's build wins this thread, hands down.

This made me actually laugh. I've ALWAYS used Dunk with Protection, your theory is flawed.

Similar build, just that I take mend ailment over dismiss and a GoLE instead of SoA. I just find heroes slightly better at using mend ailment, but that's mostly preference I'd say. Then the GoLE vs SoA...it all depends on whether you want dunkoro to make red bars go up more or to be better at stopping red bars from going down.

I've found that heroes/henchmen tend to use Dismiss Condition as a heal rather than as a condition removal (either that, or as a conditional condition removal).
They're quick to use it on enchanted targets, but otherwise it requires manual use. Then again, their AI is quick to prot so having an enchanted requirement for them to use it automatically isn't too much of a problem. Especially if the targeted ally already uses enchantments.

My heroes have always spammed the hell out of Dismiss, which is pretty much what I want them to do; no complaints there. I like the idea of dropping SoA for GLE, along with Aegis and Prot Spirit that's all the big prot and a lot of energy. SoA is awesome, I'll probably be annoyed when I miss it; but it isn't used perfectly and the amount of power you gain from the change might make up for it. Thanks.

My bar looks the same as Ensigns, but with GoLE for dismiss. I've been screwing around a lot with a rit in PvE for a while now, and pooping out a recovery or pure was li ming seems to work a lot more effectively than relying on the hero to fix stuff.
I'd be really wary of dropping SoA. They may not always use it to it's full awesomeness, but even still it stops a shitton of damage.

My lack of hero monk usage since EoTN came out (due to Mhenlo being pro LoD) makes me a bit outdated on those builds and probably have a little less experience in terms of hero AI usage on perfect finetuning, so trust the other guys :P
