Looking for decent Hero A/x Build
Well, I've been experimenting more with physicals lately. And, since almost every goddamn PvE assassin I've teamed with have sucked, not to mention the henchmen, I've tried to make a decent equipped Zenmai.
My problem is she's too bloody dumb to use Moebius Strike.
This is her build atm:
A/Me
Dagger 11+1+1
Critical 12+1
Shadow 6
Way of Perfection - Critical Eye - Jagged Strike - Golden Fox Strike - Golden Fang Strike - Death Blossom - Moebius Strike - Epidemic
Mixed Survivor/Radiants, Superior Vigor + Attunements, Dagger+30hp+Zealous+15^Ench.
Any type of constructive input would be helpful. She won't use Moebius... she just... won't... despite numerous opportunities.

She's really just too goddamn stupid to use anything involving daggers. I like Siphon Strength, Beguiling Haze and Shrould of Silence, but you can't give her any complex chain to go with it. My best advice is to give her a simple, reiterative chain (e.g. Golden Fox Strike, Wild Strike, Death Blossom)
Alternatively, I like A/D alot:
[skill]Wounding Strike[/skill][skill]Mystic Sweep[/skill][skill]Eremite's Attack[/skill][skill]Critical Eye[/skill][skill]Critical Defenses[/skill][skill]Mystic Regeneration[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
The last slot should be Way of the Master (EotN skill).

How about Flashing Blades or Fox's Promise for elite?

Uh, well, you could use either. They wouldn't suck; they just really wouldn't be any good, in my opinion.

Flashing Blades would be overly defensive come to think of it.
Maybe I'll go with Locust's Fury, at least it does something.

Locust's Fury would suck. If I remember, Locust's Fury increases your autoattack damage by about 30-40%, but the base damage of daggers is really quite marginal; most of your damage comes from dagger attack skills and not from autoattacking, and the double strike won't apply to any of those.

It's freaking awesome if you build around it, i.e. lots of damage buffs like Strength of Honor, Order of Pain/Vampire, Asuran Scan, Great Dwarf Weapon, Ebon Battle Standard of Honor, and maybe one or two others which I'm forgetting (though like it's been pointed out to me, the ele Conjures and monk's Judges Insight won't work because they change the damage type, and Orders doesn't stack with them). I thought up a team build that could kill an enemy about every 1-2 seconds using 4 Crit Locusts with several damage-buffers and a monk.

Well, I'm playing a N primary and I'm pretty fond of Barbs and Mark of Pain. Also I normally bring stuff like Dark Fury and Order of Pain on my heroes.

I used the SP build for the longest while. It works fine the sin heros can do it. With a little training........but it has worked fine as long as you send her to jump and some other target other than your own

Zenmai has an uncanny ability to use Assassin's Promise at the right moment/target, but running her without a prot monk on your team is asking for trouble.

Last time I used Zenmai, I gave her a Temple Strike build and sent her off after individual targets. It worked pretty well - one on one against a dazed and blinded foe gave her enough time to finish the job so I could lock her to the next target without taking too much damage. The longish recharge didn't matter too much, since the Assassin AI won't spam attack skills like a human assassin would.
Ultimately, I gave up using her though - I found other hero options much more effective.

Personally there are simply better options for heroes than a/x.
The A.I just can't play Sin well.Better off with any other hero imho.

Hero sins do kind of OK with the SP Trampling build as well. Consider Zenmai a sort of 1337 Ebon Vanguard Sin Support.
But other Heroes are more useful indeed.

AI is good with Hexes, and slow to use attack chains.
I've found Siphon Strength/Siphon Speed with a simple L-O-D chain to be pretty much the best they can pull off. They keep stuff siphon'd well and can't screw up the chain. I guess they'd be ok with a scythe too (Wounding Strike or Fox's Promise)
Umm...
Siphon Strength / Siphon Speed / Black Mantis Thrust / Wild Strike / Trampling Ox / something (maybe Impale?)
Decent-high spec in Deadly, Crit and Daggers.
Meh. Don't like 'sin heroes.

eh, I'm not a fan of melee AI.
Sins are slow to use chains and generally suck; warriors are dumb, slow with adrenal skills, and can't use stances to save their life. Derv heroes are almost passable... as Orders, and almost with Wounding Strike (Faithful Intervention for DW spam)
If you want physical heroes to sync with your Curses, go Para. Heores can play para, possible because they don't need to worry 'bout being kited =]

[skill]Critical Defenses[/skill][skill]Way of Perfection[/skill][skill]Golden Phoenix Strike[/skill][skill]Death Blossom[/skill][skill]Moebius Strike[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
and then fill the rest with utility like [skill]Disrupting Dagger[/skill] or [skill]Distracting Blow[/skill]
Really you just want some simple Dagger chain, more than one dual attack screws her up, as does multiple leads.
She doesn't use it perfectly but does pull off around 50-60DPS with it, used her to vanquish Hidden City of Ahdashim H/H with that setup.

The problem with 'Sin henchies, in my experience, is that they're really slow to use their attack chains, like once every few seconds. IMO, you're better off with a warrior or derv.
