Need a build that works in synergy with My Hero Motivation.

Ideally i need one for another hero.

General Morgahn Equipment:

P/W Tactics 9, Spear Mastery 8+1, Motivation 10+4, Leadership 9+1. Sup Vigor
I really can't remeber the name of the Insignias.
req9 Leadership Shield +30hp, I would also like help with insrciptions to use with paragons.(Weapons aswell)

Skills:

"Shields Up!"
Finale of Restoration
Signet of Synergy
Mending Refrain
Song of Restoration
Ballad of Restoration
Signet of Return

I've Tried some of the builds that are in Stuck Guide, no use.

Some info to base the build around:

I normally run a team of 4 Necros 4 Paragons, Varies on the area i'm in.
So really need a good one for Spell casters, Defensive Anthem is ideally The elite i should use, But really not sure of the other skills.

Also if you have any Constructive criticism on my Morgahn's Build please do give, or if i should scrap it or not.

Baed, needs more kill power to it...All of your paras should have atleast one attack skill, you don't need defensive anthem, the sure amount of rotating chants should be enough. However you might like
A) Infuse on one of your paras
B) No superior runes, the benefit is negligible to the amount of dmg to be done to you unless you spec 2 of your necros with prot prayer spells
c)Less Mending Refrain unless you or someone else can use anthem of flame or something to keep it up continuously, the paragon heroes don't keep it up and they'll just random cast it during battle, that time could have either been spent killing or using a diff chant,
D) give builds of necroes, Ideally you want something to boost dmg like OoV, Barbs, and MoP

Try Rachtoh's paragon heroes...they rock my socks. Nice balance of offense and defense.

Be nice to see the necro's bars, and the other paras-are they human paras or do you team up with a necro buddy and bring heroes?

I use a major spear, major mot on the head piece, and a minor leadership. For a spear I use a Furious Spear of Fort, and I believe it has a 15^50 on it. Centurions insigs, a vigor, and a vitae.

Since you have a caster heavy group, you could change out Chorus of Restoration for one of the Arias that either give energy or health-personnally I would go for health since you'll be getting plenty of energy from Soul Reaping.
