i hve noticed slight diffrences in the monks dunkoro is much more likely to fight instead of auto heal if you don't micro manage him and on my enery effecient monk build tahkora(sp?) doesn't seem to use the sigs as often giving here energy managment issues. i tend to micro manage my monks though. olias is a much better mm than master also as he automatically summons minions from corpses that master sometimes ignores. but at the same time master will cast SS on diffrent enemies whereas olias has a tendency to spam the same one repeatedly
