Ok, So I have designed some hero builds, not too much different from the already existing ones. The main thing about my builds is that I don't have nightfall so the skills I use are limited, here they are:

2 MMs is overkill, not much hex removal, better with a different healer, in my exp. heros dont manage E Renewal very well. Least not the monk bar.

Icy Veins is quite a bad skill, and your Necromancer MM could do good without the interrupts and Dark Bond for Infuse Condition.

I use similar MM but with damage, don't like MM just pooping horros.

Your necro(s) shouldn't be in need of Energy Management, as dying stuff = energy.

The two interupt spells on the necro are not for energy, just interupting..the energy is just a bonus

Then if you want utility you should really look into the Protection Prayers skill line. Things like Aegis and Prot Spirit can't be screwed up. Well, PSpirit on a Necro atleast.

There's always Ancestor's Rage and Splinter Weapon from the Ritualist skill lines, aswell as Weapon of Warding / Shadow.

Wards from the Earth Elementalist line.
