Why would you have interupt skills on a backlines hero? And wouldn't they spam heal party to death?
No offense, but I need a build with an actually strategy that is efficient

[word of healing][dwayna's kiss]([shield of absorption] or [guardian])[cure hex][dismiss condition][protective spirit][aegis][glyph of lesser energy]
Disable PS and micro it for optimal usage.

squishy's build is pretty close to what i use. heroes are very good with [[aegis] and terrible with [[heal party]. i don't take prot spirit on my heroes but i do take spirit bond.

Any hero uses interrupts amazingly well, making great energy management for a monk hero. I would definitely not give any hero rebirth. Ever. Unless you disable it, but still not worth it to me.

Aren't all rezz disabled on heroes?
And about interupt, isn't it better for a hero to be set on passive to avoid any agro? If that's so either the interupt is useless or they dont have a weapon in hand (or something else entirely), which one is correct?

Any Mo/E with GoLE, decent condition removal, Aegis and HB/WoH should be fine. Just never roll Heal Party on a hero monk.
Also if you're good you shouldn't need any soft rezzes on your healers, just keep them disabled on another character who can spare the empty slot.
Protip: Use an N/Rt healer instead. Or you can try running an OoS Rit, but I'd stick with the N/Rt.

I've been using this one my hero monk, and she does great with it.

Eh, not mine. I like them ressing and they seem to do a good enough job for me.

Again, isn't really a problem to me. I like having the rupts for support while giving him energy. And avoiding aggro can be achieved by using a MM or just flagging them back at first. Also have problem with monk heroes running away to a point where they aren't in range to heal someone that needs it.

Raw heals:
[build=OwAT043A5Jj87m+b6WiNJuiGBA][/build]
Prot cleanup:
[build=OwAT0mHD5xMupbJ316RAxmITAA][/build]
Smite:
[build=OwAT443A5BuaPMI4V3K13lITAA][/build]
That's how my 3 monk heroes are set up. Healer works great; protter is good for areas with hex overdoses & decent heal henchies; smiter works meh because I don't feel like microing a Smiter's Boon build. Add runes to taste, disable Rebirth on both the protter and the smiter, and you should be good to go - at least, good enough to roll most PvE things.
Then again, the hero I take to supplement hench monks these days is Livia, so...

I use Squishy' build but with [[Patient spirit] instead of [[Dwayna's Kiss].
On the second hero I also switch [[Protective Spirit] with [[shield of absorption]].

This one -
[Smiter Monk;OwQUQEH/WoFpsTlUmhUe5DfA]
Edit: Actually I prefer this build, ever since Reversal of Damage triggers on Retribution, so the smiter needs a heal.

Compared to what i have seen most people give heroes i would prefer them to run this:
[build prof=mo heal=12+1+1 divine=12+1][glimmer of light][no skill][no skill][no skill][no skill][no skill][no skill][no skill][/build]
