Currently I am using Ogden(Healer) , Olias(MM), and Vekk (Fire Ele) but I was wondering what would be a better combo to blast through areas with lots of mobs why still keeping up a decent survivability.

Search for Sabway or Discord way. Probably the most used hero builds atm. Sorry I dont have links.

While we are at this, i myself am monk and i'm just wondering what do other monks use for 4man vanquishing(hero builds)?

Of course you should read up wiki on the area you plan to vanquish and adjust your build accordingly. I found that some of the HB Builds on pvxwiki are helpful too since those dudes know how to test their Heroes ... they are usually more micro-manage intense so beware if you like closed hero tabs.

If you are referring to Rac's Paragon build, you need the character to be able to spam SY!

Lot depends on the area in my exp. Paraway works better in areas with few corpses than the three necro sabaway... go figure

I personally play a paragon now as my main... so I get a lot of synergy from paraway (I use a slightly modified version), for example with all the paras you can maintain a tun of echos indefinitely.

dunno though, both seem to work very well in general... I would advise trying both out and seeing which you like best, since they are not to expensive to set up. Though if cost is a concern paraway is the cheapest by far.

Ya I am running SY! Warrior but it doesn't seem to be working all that well...

I am currently working on NF so I don't have any of the Paragon heroes yet =/

Go with Discordway. It is much more robust than Sabway when bodies are plentiful and is at least decent in areas where they're not. Both Sabway and Discordway have plenty of room for tweaking and improving, but one tip if you're going Discordway is to bring skills which let you help the necros out by spamming conditions and hexes, because the necros will otherwise have quite a bit of "downtime".

Also discord does not really work effective if it has 3 persons or lesser. 4 is the minimun so necro primary is advised
