It should probably work. Your assassin bar is a version of the strongest general-purpose bars for the class. However, your ritualist MB is weaker than a comparable N option. Not too much to say about the monk bar, it's decent.

I agree. Party-wide heals are very inefficient in a 4-character team.
On the same topic, your rit will be spending far too much time enchanting herself than she will doing anything to help your team. Remember that in a team of 4, each character is relied on more to be efficient and effective.

Why would you put GoLE on a dual attunement ele that has enough energy?

Actually the problem with Rit heroes is how often they don't keep their enchants up. I was trying something like this recently and she would repeatedly summon minions in a row without having [Boon of Creation] up sapping her energy. Almost always during the 15sec downtime of [Attuned Was Songkai].

I would switch out Xandra for your MM since Xandra can't really hold her enchantments up.
And yes... Why do you have GoLE on a Dual Attunement Elementalist?

Alright, those are some really good tips.
The Ritualist was an experiment, but I guess a standard MM would indeed work better. I'll pick one from pvxwiki and give that one a go. The other bars would be like this:
Me
Dagger mastery: 12+1+1
Critical Strikes: 12+1
[Golden Fox Strike][Wild Strike][Death Blossom][Moebius Strike]["Save Yourselves!"][Asuran Scan][Critical Eye][Critical Agility]
Vekk
Air Magic: 12+1+2
Energy Storage: 12+1
[Lightning Hammer][Lightning Orb][Blinding Flash][Enervating Charge][Air Attunement][Elemental Attunement][Aura of Restoration][Glyph of Elemental Power]
Ogden Stonehealer
Healing Prayers: 12+1+1
Protection Prayers: 10+1
Divine Favor: 8+1
[Word of Healing][Patient Spirit][Signet of Rejuvenation][Cure Hex][Dismiss Condition][Glyph of Lesser Energy][Aegis][Protective Spirit]
If you have any more suggestions (or the preferred MM build to accompany these three guys), please share.

As an Assassin, you can get away with a fully defensive team with no damage heroes if you really wanted to. It's kind of a cheap away to get things done, but it works. ER prot ele's are good. An Orders with Dark Fury means more adren for you, and that means more "SY". The enchants also combine well with the ele's ER. I'd keep the monk.
Your sin bar is exacly what I use 90% of the time.

I wouldn't use a hero monk. If you need a healer bring a N/Rt with restoration skills. If you need protection spells, you can bring a protect N/Mo if you have a minion bomber in your team, or make the N/Mo MM bring the protection spells. If you dont have a minion bomber in your team, bring a ER E/Mo protector. An ER ele synergizes well in an orders team too.

Lol. Basically, if you're going to take everyones advice then you'll end up with Sabway or Paraway. Just go with what ever you want that's working for you if you don't want these two two builds.

your running a physical and yet you have no [barbs] [splinter weapon] or [mark of pain] dis scares meh greatly.
hero monks generally aren't needed unless doing 6-4 man areas. Switch your monk out for a support class like a necro that will buff your physical damage.
