Xinrae's Weapon
On my sabway build I use xinrae's weapon isntead of weapon of remedy and Im REALLY happy with it
is there a reason I dont know that makes people use wor cause the remobe 1 condition is nothing reasonable imo
xinrae heals more/makes you get %5 of max hp
so can someone explain?

WoR is a good skill when it comes to the utility of it.
Xinrae's is also a good choice, but I thought that heroes didn't pre-prot effectively with it?

they do different things, use them in different situations. The actual answer is that you won't notice a difference at all in pve

I prefer Weapon of Remedy...Xinrae is nice and all, but WoR is a lot more "fire and forget" kinda spell, as far as build construction is concerned...lot more robust, if you know what I mean?
I wouldn't kick a guy from my group for using Xinrae over WoR...but I prefer WoR on my heroes.

How is WoR fire and forget? It's more active than anything else.

their both good elites, the only reason ppl didnt notice it until a while ago is because xinare was very bad until a buff a few weeks ago.

Fire and forget in the sense it still does its job, which is healing. The condition removal is gravy. Maybe I misspoke.

WoR is spammed a lot more by heroes. The second you get a condition they'll put it on you. For some reason xinrea's weapon doesn't seem to be spammed as much for pre protection reasons. If the ai was better at using it similar to protective spirit (as in before your going to start getting attacked) it would be a lot better.

They do use it. It only looks like they dont use it because the other skills on their bar take higher precedence. If you disable Weapon of Warding, you will see it used more often.
Heroes use Xinrae's as a protection spell (like WoW) but use WoR as a condition remover. Weapon of Shadow synergizes with Xinrae better than WoW. If your healer already brings Foul Feast, it makes more sense to bring Xinrae's over WoR.

this is the problem, it should be the most used skill on the bar.

Here is my tip on how to design skill bars for heroes:
Whenever you put fast recharging skills like Xinrae with other fast recharging skills with similar functionality (i.e. to cast on allies who are under attack) in the same skill bar, you should know that they will "compete" with one another for cast time. If you want Xinrae to be used even more often, try disabling "Mend Body and Soul" and Spirit Light. Also replace Weapon of Warding with Weapon of Shadows (longer recharge). Set your healer to avoid combat (so they dont waste time wanding enemies) and with a skill bar like this:
[build=N/Rt][Xinrae's Weapon][Weapon of Shadow][Protective was Kaolai][Foul Feast][Life][Death Pact Signet][/build]
Bring Mhenlo along to cover any necessary healing in HM and go pwn with the awesome power of Xinrae.

I would rather leave a good bar on my hero and have Anet update the AI for XW to reflect the skill change.
