If you were a ranger or any profession. What team of female heroes would you run? Team should be able to finish any campaign within reasonable use in Normal or Hard Mode.

main char + Rt/Mo (Spirit Spammer), N/Rt MM/"Pure was Li Ming", and "fallback" P/Mo.
Using this setup I have Legendary guardian on 2 chars.

Well I'm fond of running this on my derv:
Tahlkora Mo/Rt healer
Jin R/Me condition spammer with BHA
Gwen Me/E interrupter running PBlock (actually usually Norgu but Gwen works just as well)
Pretty much how I powered through much of NF and all of EotN. Haven't tried it in HM but it works great even in the Realm of Torment in NM.

Also, I know it's not what you're asking for, but I also have my Tengu Gank Squad (designed to farm the Tengu in Kryta during festivals, also works on the Rain Beetles in Vabbi with a few modifications) for my derv:
Tahlkora - same as before but with a few points in channeling to do Splinter Weapon
Margrid R/Rt Splinter Barrager
Zenmai A/Rt Splinter Daggers

Would probably die horribly in HM but whatever.

...wait, were you looking for a team of just the four of you, no hench? I'll leave this here anyway but the former should have a full group and as I said the second set would be cruddy in several areas.

Good luck if you outlaw male hench, that would make things interesting...

Anyway, sabway variant is really easy and I've ended up doing this on some chars due to the order I picked up heroes.

Xandra - Minon Bomber (Boon of Creation) or Healer (Energy drain+insp stuff and resto)
Gwen - FC Curses (tease + interrupts, barb, mop, enfeeble), FC Healer (xandra's resto build)
Livia - whichever role is left

I like FoxBat's idea of using Xandra as a ritualist minion bomber; because she can't use a death-magic rune and doesn't process energy as efficiently, she's not going to be as good as a necro, but she's still viable even in low-end HM. Then you'd have Livia as N/Rt healer with [splinter weapon] (you're a ranger, after all, right?) and an open girl-power slot for whatever you like...

Another possibility is to bring Livia as MM, Hayda as command para, and Tahlkora as WoH healer with [dwayna's sorrow]. You'd have to give up the prospect of bringing [splinter weapon] on any of these heroes, however--so maybe you'd load it on your own bar. You could also bring Gwen as a shut-down domination mesmer instead of Hayda, but I kinda think the command para is going to help you as a ranger more than Gwen will.
