sorry, I am not sure If I should have posted this in the heros and AI section, but since its relative to necros, well, mods, if this wasn't sposed to be here, could you move it please?

i found this on pvxwiki(dah!) and I've been thinking about how I could improve it further: I find it to be extremely useful to take an AP caller, PREFERABLY, necro, 'cause ap+ymlad+ finish him is pretty energy expensive, and the soulreaping bonus will add you ~10 energy(i run 11 curses (+1+3), 10 deadly arts, 10 soul reaping), making it the perfect match for the 25 energy you need to cast ymlad, ap and finish him

(feel free to swap abit around^^, if you prefer it, take EVAS instead of necrosis)

but: what about the second player? conditions and hexes will be spammed, spammed from 7 sources, especially the AP caller who can easily deal big damage and spam conditions and the like on foes, who after 1-2 seconds will instantly die(discord).. onlything i can think off is an IMBAGON, would allow you to take more dmg in your necros, but with so much heals, condition smiting/healing, hex removal, etc, i don't really think he would be useful... THIS bit, is where i really would enjoy your help

thirdly, I don't really think some skills in the necroheros are needed: heal party, for exaple: most of the time, you just won't need it: with 6 healers overhealing(AI, with 6 healers, ts ts) every single party member, it'll just be one skill taht you could disable and there would be absolutely no difference

strength of honour: ah? who are you going to sue it on? minions? and the 2 skills, smite condition and smite hex: take them away, go prot, and chain aegis with the other necro, heros should be capable of doing it ok, i spsoe... and it would be 1 more source of PS (which i find extremely useful in HM, especially high end), and SoA...

basically, this is just a small list of stuff...
PLEASE, post your comments, give me new ideas, so VQing actualy gets funnier with 2 ppl^^

edit1: yeh, and if you were to run with 2 AP callers and the regular discord team for H/H, the 2 players could split up in the area and VQ it 2 times faster and stuff... i just find discord such a great build, and i see this great idea on wiki, that can actually be way more powerful...

Drop the discord party healer for the discord life restorer.

Anyone can run the AP caller build. Put your deadly arts at 12, use AP and YMLAD, that is all you need. I never run finish him, I use assassin support instead. You should have no problems with energy using AP and YMLAD, even with sin support or finish him you should still be ok, if not then only use the first two skills until you get energy back.

1) It wholy depens on who you are running with. Every class has viable build to completent it. Mesmer, for example, can have lots of fun abusing abundance of conditions with Fragility and generally join up with condition/hex spaming. Generally, you do not want to get seccond AP caller, there are other pve skills to abuse: Ebon Vanguard Ward of Wisdom, SY!, Pain Inverter ...

2) Yes, you will find some skills "weird". It's what happens when good build gets wikied ... someone makes "imporvements", which suck. I, for example, always make one discord N/E which dabbles to earth for wards and stuff like Eruption, so feel free to modify that build, wiki version is just base, build on it. Hell, you can even try to replace one discord with different elite. Make it two discords in fact.

well, ty, i wasn't saying you need finish him and evas, it just compliments nicely the build, and with SR, you can spam and abuse FH! and necrosis/evas so much, it's just scary... anyhow, I've been seeing many ppl running 2 discord, 1 VoR mesmer (necro/mesmer), i think its actually helpful... gd idea on the n/e, ill try it out someday

yes, i agree that wiki is just the basic, still, i know that many, many people just go wiki, copy past whats there and will ignore whatever else, and if it just doesn't work, or they can't do w/e they were looking forward to do with the build, they just blame it on the build, not on the fact that maybe there r better variants or stuff like that, and i wanted to get a better idea of how to run this still unaffected(meaning, not very different from the wiki build)

still open for new ideas, and about the 1 man, 6 heros, well, not everyone has 2 accounts...

having the second player run the vor mesmer would be a very nice addiction, especially with arcane echoed VoR, you should get a rly good dps, maybe adding cop? even after the nerf, its still worth taking or something... shoot it^^
