But tweaking it to make sure that they synergize with your Rit's build. For example, if you are using SoS, you can make the Channeling/Restoration rit hero a full restoration rit instead by bringing more restoration skills (e.g. Weapon of Warding, MB&S, Soothing Memories) and Xinrae's weapon or even add Empowerment.

OP: you should ideally suit your heroes to the need at hand. I. E. know beforehand what you're up against and suit your heroes to counter that. But if you're looking for a do-it-all hero build because you're lazy (I am) it would be better if you told us what YOU plan on running, specifically. 'spirit rit' is pretty broad.
