i love the Rt/N explosive MM build, i use it my self, but i back it up with an enchant spammer Dervish, with 2 blood enchants, will post builds when i get home if gives ure minions +xx dmg and heals ure team up nicely as a support build. that with the Rt/N gives ure team min of 2 party heals every 5 seconds. i use a slightly different rt/N

Ignite Arrows hits regardless of striking your target or not. Thats still ~40 AoE damage on misses. Besides, when they are spiking in numbers of 6 when it only takes 3 to spike a single target, they have plenty of damage left over to compensate for Aegis and the like.
Also, savage shot on a 2.5 second recharge (x6) sucks. :[

I am trying to keep the build as generic as possible to allow the usage by many more players. If I built it around my bar, then only Necromancers would get the full usage of it!
Besides, I've got a plethora of my own builds synergized around me.

You say "Not necros!!1", but two of the three heroes are /N with quite a few Necro skills.
If you want to diverse from necromancers altogether, why not think of a different secondary, also? Otherwise it's back to square one with weaker attributes.
Saying that I don't promote/like at tall Sabway or Discordway. Perhaps one day I will post my heroes, or I could let Xenos do it.

The point is that people might actually gain a reason to gear a hero up that isnt Livia, Master, or Olias.
Will it be as optimized/efficient as any Necroway that is already out? Probably not, but I know there are people here that have done everything, and might even enjoy the challenge of having alternatives methods of playing, even if they arn't as superior.

I generally only bring one necro hero as a MM. Sometimes I'll bring a curser if I can't bring a MM, or mabye a blood necro if I'm a physical (for orders).
A 3 necro hero setup is not always ideal.

Most people probably have those three geared up by now. :/
Take your first hero. Switch enfeebling for enervating charge. Use that and shell shock for weakness/cracked armor. Now you've got something that's got nothing necro in it and is mostly the same in terms of utility.

I'll post what I have so far, but once again, my heroes are not optimally geared for this build:
Hero 1:
A/D
Physical Damage
Owpk8Fja6uqEB232io+DBEz1FoAA
Crit Strikes: 10 + 1 + 2
Scythe: 11
Earth: 10
Shadow: 1
Zealous Sweep
Mystic Sweep
Vow of Strength [E]
Way of the Master
Critical Eye
Way of Perfection
Conviction
Resurrection Signet
This hero does big damage. Try to get them to attack the portion of the mob that is most tightly bundled. Between SoH and GDW combined with Vow of Strength, your hero will be hitting for at least 60 damage per hit in +damage, in addition to base damage, and ~140% of the +damage on any skills they use. This hero seems to be targeted the most often, so Microing Prot Spirit on her at the beginning of a fight can make things much easier.
Hero 2:
D/Mo
Physical Damage / Support (Damage)
OgOk4op6qyWEB2323l13FoA28g+A
Smiting: 10
Scythe: 10
Earth: 10
Mysticism: 5 + 1
Vow of Strength [E]
Conviction
Mystic Vigor
Castigation Signet
Lyssa's Assault
Zealous Sweep
Strength of Honor
Essence Bond
This Dervish also does some pretty big damage. The ability to use Earth runes will boost damage significantly from +damage. Strength of Honor goes on any melee characters, and Essence Bond goes on the Assassin. Honestly, its a stupid idea but its been working alright. This slot would have to be swapped for some form of energy management, since anything else pushes thier management over the edge. Set this hero on the monk/healer or another balled group to steamroll.
Hero 3:
E/Mo
Healing/Protection
OgNDwbrvS1C0CNgbEkE3V1DBEA
E Storage: 11 + 1 + 2
Healing: 10
Protection: 10
Ether Renewal [E]
Aura of Restoration
Patient Spirit
Dwayna's Kiss
Infuse Health
Shield of Absorption
Protective Spirit
Aegis
Many variations of this. This is the version I've come to like. Your call here.
You:
X/Rt
X/Support
???
Splinter Weapon
Great Dwarf Weapon
The nice part is that most classes can run a spirit spam build in one form or another, since energy isnt an issue with Spirit Siphon/Signet of Spirits. Keep GDW on your melee characters and Splinter Weapon on the interupt henchman/another physical or yourself. I havent even used Mark of Pain in conjunction with this setup yet, but if your a Necro, that would be a suggested choice.
I have yet to try another Dervish (more damage driven) in place of the Assassin. Will probably do that today. Here is the bar I plan to try:
Vow of Strength [E]
Conviction
Mystic Vigor
Mystic Sweep
Zealous Sweep
Heart of Fury
Armor of Mist
Conjure Frost

hey Kaida since a positive comment can usually make people feel a lot better: i say thank you to you! for making a build that doesnt involve 3 necros and less variety.
don't know if this would improve the build at all but you could maybe give the ritualist something other than signet of spirits? (i know this would probably end up terribly) but how would order of the lich work with the 2 enchantsments if they were on? would it create any spike? since even if the minions created are over the cap they would be animnated then die?

I'd love to develop a new team build, i've been using sab/discord for AGES, and it's worked a lot of the time, but i'm hesitant to change things up as it's a build i just bolted onto my heroes. I like the idea of building a team around your build, I may have to give that a go later, as I really want to shift away from Spiteful Spirit. I had a brief affair with Feast of Corruption, but that didn't seem to be as effective.
Kudos for outside-the-box thinking, i intend to do the same, however i don't have many skills for rangers, paragons, rits or warriors, as I tend to play my Necro main the most. I suppose it's an incentive to play the other classes to "get" how they work, then try to come up with something.
TL;DR, nice one, i intend to come up with a new build too.

Indeed, if you run physicals, it is crime not to bring orders/curses.
Necromances have too much synergy with pretty much everything to make silly rule to avoid necro skills.
---
BTW My typical setup is/was:
Paragon (Empathic)
Rt/N (Bombs)
N/Rt (Curses/Challening)
2x Mo henches
1x physical hench
1x Support (earth hench or interrupt hench or another physical).

The most successful hero team build I've run without minions was a Rit Lord with heavy defense (Shelter etc.), a Sig of Spirits rit (offensive with Resto) and a Hundred Blades warrior with Death's Charge, with me on Curses. The Communing spirits are excellent at reducing big damage at the start of a fight and allowing you to beat down priority targets without melting down as a team; the SoS spreads around some nice damage while providing for more bodies, Splinter, and healing; the HB, powered by Splinter/MoP, is a total damage machine - Death's Charge gets him where he needs to be in a fight very quickly. I totally stole the idea for Death's Charge/HB from Zyke's sandbox on PvXwiki, and it's a dandy little combination.
I really love how flexible a Signet of Spirits Rit is. A bar can not even be strained and still run offensive spirits made formidable by Painful Bond, buff physicals with Splinter, and heal well with Spirit Light and Life/PwK. The bar can be modified for prots, /P utility, interrupts, Curses, whatever. The Communer's bar is pretty static, unfortunately - Shelter is freaking expensive, no matter how you slice it, so there's not a ton of room for diversity.
The principal modification I make to this build is removing Splinter from the SoS hero and putting GDW on my bar for the HB warrior, which is basically lockdown in most cases. I'm piss-poor at Cursing and buffing at once, though, so that rarely happens.
