Hi Friends..

Quick question. Me and my brother are both W/Ele, With exactly same skills with armour, runes, weapons, shield.. Etc..

Bearing in mind I do have a sabway build at the moment for my heroes..

He has 3 necro unlocked as well as I have..

What my question what build for heroes can we both run.. I know there are a few on pvx but I want to know exaclt which one.. Want to do HM mission, vanquish, hunt for uniques.. Etc..

Please advise.

The easiest answer is.....anything.....which would include another N/rt healer...ER ele/monk... or a monk.

Sabway works well with warriors. All the people who run sabway with only one human can get away with running any of henchman. Thats why I said anything. Really there are so many options.

If you have barbs/mop on your SS necro, you could run 2 paragons (daze and deep wound) and a healer. OR two rangers (some people advise against degening conditions in HM) with interrupts.

An SoS rit, a Sharded Burden Mesmer with interrupts and a healer.

An SoS rit, a Tease/domination memser with interrupts....healer..

Best thing to do is experiment and tweak a little depending on where you are. GL

That does answer my question? Im pretty much new to all this.. so if you can please guide me to the right side.. So you saying discordway is good or not, or shall i go with sabway

One of you run 3 discord Necros, you'll find builds all over this forum for them.

then for the second lot, its worth you taking some kind of smiter. There are a number of choices here:

Another necro, utilising the vast range of use necro elites (jagged bones, discord etc etc etc) and then putting smite hex and Strength of Honor in there.

A smite monk, using either defender's zeal or ray of judgement and then strength of honor. If you use RoJ then remember to stick energy management in there (glyph of lesser energy, divine spirit etc etc).

An ether renewal elementalist. Aura of Resto, ether renewal and maintained enchants. It works well, except in areas with enchant removal. Best to look over the forums for and idea of this.

A smite rit. Quite nice now with sig of spirits, needs energy management but its worth a go.

I'd probably go with something like:
1 ER-ele:
Ether Renewal, Aura of Restoration, Strength Of Honour, Protective Spirit, Spirit Bond, Reverse Hex, Dismiss Condition, Infuse Health

2 ER-ele:
ER, AoR, Infuse Health, Patient Spirit, Shield Guardian, Spirit Bond, Dismiss Condition, Reverse Hex

3 SoS ritualist
Signet Of Spirits, Ancestors' Rage, Splinter Weapon, Bloodsong, Life, Mend Body and Soul, Weapon Of Warding, Spirit Syphon

4 AoD Mesmer
Splinter Weapon, Ancestors' Rage, Clumsiness, Wandering Eye, Cry Of Frustration, Power Drain, Drain Ench, Air Of Disenchantment

5 & 6 can be pretty random stuff.
Maybe the D/N Orders guy from Racway. He'll boost your damage and provide a bit more healing.
And then - I'd probably slot in another Splinter and Ancestors'. Maybe a mesmer with Visions of Regret, Shatter Hex, Cry Of Frustration, Splinter, Ancestors, Power Spike, Power Drain, Death Pact Signet.

It's an overkill of EVERYTHING, but that's what happens when you can mess around.

Yes it answers your question.

I guess I'll repeat myself some.

If you already have Sabway with your warrior, then your brother can build pretty much anything with his heros that will work with your Sabway just fine.

NO need for this thread to turn into which is better Discordway or Sabway. What I'm getting at is Sabway works extremely well as does Discord.

And also, yes you can run that Discord way with both sets of hero's.

My thoughts on the Two Paragon heros to go along with two warriors(humans) not to mention the minions would work really will with your (sabway) SS hero with Mark Of Pain/Barbs. (doing all physical dmg)

We really could list a lot of different hero builds. But I'm still standing on, If you already have Sabway built for your warrior.......Then your brother can tinker around with his hero's to see what compliments your heros.

And/or you could just keep looking on pvx.

There are a few modification in the wiki discussions page..
Which do we go with.. Also im assuming we can do the above build post in HM.. Completing 95% of the areas and mission in all campaigns. Am i correct

Please don't do 6x discord heroes. Be more creative than that

It will work, but any decent two-man heroes should be able to steam-roll 99.9% of PvE, so even if it does work well, keep that in mind.

Whatever you do, you will want to bring a SoH smiter. You have lots of options for that. N/Mo, Mo/X, Rt/Mo or ER E/Mo; all of them have their upsides and downsides. You will also want multiple copies of splinter weapon. Two or even three copies would be very strong.
