Monk + Heroes?
I'm a healer monk, sometimes I smite but prefer healing imo. What hero set up should be good for it? Go for triple necro? Go for 2 spirit spammers + what? Or anything else, I;m open for all suggestions pls say (:

Since a human healer can't really call targets properly due to the fact they need to target their allies, I would go with a classic : 2 spirit spammers + an aotl necro.

I suggest using Discordway for a caster. You can put [[Aegis (PvE)] on the AP Caller bar and let the heroes take care of the healing while you just keep up perma-Aegis.

Spiritway is so powerful it won't really matter what you choose to run. Go with that if you want to smite.

Spiritway is effective but Discordway has nice debuffs and more minion tanks. I can combine the 2 into a 3-heroes build but without the communing hero for the tougher areas since it is safer. Your caster should be using the recommended AP build (see discordway) when using a discordway variant.

You guys don't get it. He prefers to play as an healer. Stop suggesting him all these ap caller builds.
As I said, the best for him as a HEALER is 2 spirit spammer and an aotl necro

He only prefers healing, doesnt say he will not smite/prot/hybrid offense..preference does not outright blacklist all other options..All suggestions have been valid.. as well as the fact that playing offense with h&h is superior, as you can boost your damage output way beyond what the AI can...
Ill second BOTH:
*Spiritway with basically anything (sos channeling rit, sogm communing rit/st offense+defense communing rit and minion bomber necro, been stupidly easy and powerful)
and to a lesser degree..
*Discordway with an AP caller variant (for the easier areas that you can basically c+space through with little thought)
Probably the best bar to run for offence would either be an Roj hybrid or an Ap bar with Aegis,PS, seed of life, EvAs, FH! ect. That way you can control offense, agro, hero micro and not have to worry wasting time on redbar...no matter what hero setup you take..

Even though he prefers to be a healer, he seems open to offensive builds like smite.
Spirit spamming is powerful, but spirits are weak against blocking and heroes do not have Summon Spirits to bring them out of strong AoE attacks. This means that for many Communing spirits with their long 45s recharge spirits, are not as effective when used by heroes in areas with lots of AoE.
Furthermore, Spirits require line of sight which means you can't flag your rit behind a corner to protect her from archers, unlike spell attacks like Discord. There are pros and cons either way.
