any Rt build will do, doesnt matter what your own build is when youre running sab's.

Not in the rits case lol.
Those necroes do every possible job you could do with your rit but they do it much, much better.
You can take an SS Scythe build though so you do good damage and benefit from melee hexes better. Dont worry about having low armor, with so much defense it's simply irrelevant.

i tried sabway as a four man in hard mode.
wasnt impressed at all.
if ure looking for fast kills and a reliable healer in a 4 man... sabway falls short of it.
however if you're the one healing... its not a bad build.
just my opinion.

Thus the downfall of sabway build. They will focus on what your targeting and thus your main damage source of SS will result in low damage. If you have the option to run the SS yourself all the better. No don't flame me I didn't say it's the only source of damage. Yeah I know splinter weapon and all the extras like minion bombing and what have you. Just that you can have all of those same benefits with discordway so comparing it on an elite basis SS is inferior for a bad ai.
Otherwise just run discordway and don't worry about it.

Flame you? Why would I flame you lol. I'm happy to get an answer.
However, I don't like overly gimmicky things like discordway. I want my herosetup to be as "balanced and honorable" as possible. You can argue sabway is abusing a gimmick as well, but to me it's eons better than discord in that respect. I run a heavily modified sabway anyway, and I design the team for 2 humans and 6 heroes. I just didn't find SS on par with the other elites. I'll use pain of disenchantment over it, but not all areas feature enchantments. Signet of spirits I find really weak as well, despite this new spiritway-thingie.

If you want to use signet of spirits, swap your curser for a Rt/N.
SoS, SW, siphon, barbs, rm or dd, etc

Has anyone had any success vanquishing joko's domain and the rest of the desolation with this type of hero team?
I could not take down the paragon boss in joko's domain (after 20 minutes and -60 death penalty) and i've not had a chance to try since a few days ago but i was wondering what everyone else did when tackling the desolation vanquishes?
I think i will be fine on the rest of the desolation as i have finished crystal overlook with no problems and no deaths Anyhow these are my last 5 areas to vanquish so i thought i would ask...

I assume you are talking about Arneh?
I struggled a few times with him, just managed to vanquish the area today and killed him pretty easilly this time.
I dropped the 3 discord necros i usually use, took 3 ray of judgement smiter monk heroes, 1 equipped with frozen soil to stop the res's. I was an ele primary, but went spirit spammer:
http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:Any/Rt_Spirit_Farmer
Hench wise i took Domination, Blood, Healer and Monk.
I just placed all the spirits, flagged the heroes behind and pulled Arneh and his group. He went down pretty quickly.

Yeah his mob and those around him have a lot of rez skills.
Any decent hero setup plus Frozen Soil and it shouldn't be too difficult.

I'm rather new to the game, well, I've had it since release, but never really played it much, just dabbled, but now I'm trying to get more into it.
I would simply like to know what 12+1+3 is supposed to mean? I know that Superior Runes gives +3, and Minor Runes give +1, since I've bothered to check the Wiki, but I also know that they don't stack. So is there something else that can be done to give +1 or +3 to an attribute?

Armor pieces for your head slot give +1 to one of your attribute lines. When you have armor crafted, you have to select which of these attributes that head armor will give a bonus for, and this bonus stacks with another rune for the same attribute. So, it would look like this:
12(base attribute) + 1 (helmet) + 1/2/3 (minor/major/superior rune)

Hi,
Whats a good alternative if you only have access to 2 necros? Due to lack of 1 expansion. What would be the best mix and what to use to fill the gap?
Cheers

That depends. Are you if gonna keep the healing necro or not. I would run the MM and SS necros, and throw in a either a Searing Flames or Mind Blast ele..
