I like to run a big pool, to take full advantage of Soul Reaping, tbh..spam like 60 energy, get it all back in 1 go! But then again, I run 580 hp on a necro, which is decent I think >.>

By the way, Sab, could I ask how you took care of Kessex Peak? I've been vanquishing through the three continents and find that good old Sabway works almost everywhere (including places where the so-called experts say it doesn't), but Kessex Peak is one place where I couldn't do it with Sabway and had to use a different approach instead. The problem is that the MM can't do what he's supposed to do, namely be the engine that makes everything go, because Verata and his friends just take over your minion army.

I like to have full survivor insignia and the best vigor runes I can afford/find on my heroes when vanquishing. Theres a surprising difference between 550hp and 600hp. It gives your healer/s more time to catch a really nasty spike when it comes, and relieves a lot of pressure. Thats why I dont go for Radiant insignias. I even found a sup vigor yesterday and gave it to my MM!
Just for the crack I thought I'd post my Discord build:
[Broad Head Arrow][Distracting Shot][Sloth Hunter's Shot][Epidemic][Apply Poison]["Finish Him!"]["I am the Strongest!"][Sunspear Rebirth Signet]
[Discord][Suffering][Barbs][Weaken Armor][Enfeebling Blood][Spirit Light][Protective Was Kaolai][Signet of Lost Souls]
[Discord][Animate Bone Minions][Death Nova][Blood Of the Master][Infuse Condition][Foul Feast][Splinter Weapon][Signet Of Lost Souls]
[Discord][Putrid Bile][Weapon Of Warding][Rotting Flesh][Protective Was Kaolai][Life][Signet Of Lost Souls][Flesh Of My Flesh]

No Protective Spirit or Aegis. Can do with more heals, besides one Spirit Light. Kaolai is good for the emergency party heals, but it is 15s recharge.

[Discord Curses;OAhkUoG4BGqTMzOgIKD7uhp0kaD]
[Discord MM;OANEUshd95EzqCoB8QV1oVPCIA]
[Discord Healer;OAhkUkGYoIiUMjaQVVC4wk004UyF]
So what do you guys think? don't mind the attribute spread on the healer because my olias is only lvl 15, but anyone have any suggestions?

For the last necro, why do you have 8 points to channeling but no channeling skills? It would be quite easy to level up olias.
Someone else has already commented on the staff and radiant insignia.

Thoughts on using [Xinrae's Weapon] instead on the resto nec?
"Xinrae's Weapon: this skill is now in the Restoration Magic attribute line; decreased Energy cost to 5; decreased recharge time to 3 seconds. Functionality changed to: "(8 seconds.) The next time target ally takes damage from a foe, that damage is limited to 5% of target ally's max Health and that ally steals up to 20..80 Health from that foe."

There should be NO argument against replacing Weapon of Remedy with this. Foul Feast covers condition removal anyway.

Its actually worked fine for my vanquishing over the past few days, I mostly take alesia anyway, I pull carefully and often draw all the agro onto myself. Enemies don't last long enough to do any significant damage and in areas with larger party sizes which, typically, have larger mob sizes I take 2 healer hench.
Nasty casters don't get their spells off due to BHA and enemy melee is weakened, often the party heals from Kaolai and blocking from WoW are enough to deal with the damage that does get through.

Looks like a keeper to me too.
Edited to add: The other buffs in the latest update are worth looking at. For example, [life transfer] and [visions of regret] affect adjacent foes now, and therefore seem really scary, and the recent nerf of [shadow form] has been rolled back somewhat--so maybe those ecto prices are going to start dropping again! And [thunderclap] has been completely changed so that it now causes AoE daze...well worth considering. Heh, and they've massively nerfed [ursan blessing]. Yay!

Haha, oops I was experimenting that if I went healer I could switch
the heals on him for some damaging channeling skills, but I forgot to change the attributes back, my bad.

I often find that with PwK, my heroes run out of energy quite fast, and just arn't as productive. So I tried a variation by switching out PwK on the curser for [vengeful weapon], and switching PwK on the actual healer for [soothing memories], and so far it has been working great with me being a healer myself there is great damage output, but also it is very balanced and stable.

Necromancer is my primary profession and i have yet to find a build to go with sab's or discord setup that i like running there are many variations that work for each given situation but none that i truly like playing more than the other, i just cant put my finger on it but i am not 100% happy and feel like i could do more with the right build.
I second Age's question, in fact what are all you other necromancers running with your 3 necromancer heroes?

So you are trying to say that 10e spell with 15s recharge is less energy consuming than 5e spell that has 3s recharge? ok...
PwK is the best part of N/Rt healer imo.

AP various builds
Soul bind when I'm bored
Toxic chill when I don't want to spam AP till death and not bored enough to play a soul bind build.
Some weird builds with unused elites just for the fun of it. Just include a hex and a condition and you can go discord.
Or I take the place of one of the hero (usually N/Rt), and bring a D/P or A/P condition spammer.

What I am trying to say is that I personally find that the necros are much more stable when they have their own weapons the whole time, because when fighting stuff that takes a long time to kill, they will often run out of energy because there are no deaths fueling SR at the time and also I just find that the +10 energy, +30 health and 20/40 staff they are wielding is doing much more for them and the team in terms of being able to cast those extra 2 discords or casting a few heals on the one person that is needing them most rather than ditch your weapons, losing a health, energy and casting/recharge time bonus just for an extra 24 armour and a party wide heal that most times isn't needed...The reason I say this is because all of you guys are running your AP, I am healing also and I just find it more productive when they are using their weapons. Most cases I find the minions are taking the damage and my team usually doesn't need a party wide 72 heal every once in a while, I would just rather see the necros utilize the extra energy/health/casting + recharge times in a tight situation when they are sitting there with nothing dying at 0-5 energy, looking stupid with ashes in their hands.
Now, this is only MY OPINION on this, because thats all it is, I find it works better, but by all means go ahead and use PwK if it works for you. For me though, I havn't found it to work that well yet.
