Please review my hero team
Not sure how well heroes will use Barbed Signet or shouts... Player will probably be Barrage Ranger.

Necro:
Dark Bond is wasted slot;
Never Surrender is only useful in situations you don't want to happen, and when it does it's too little too late;
GftE is good, but you don't want your MM to be wanding so adrenaline gain won't be enough to spam it;
I would replace JB with AotL (which could save you from overaggro), but this is debatable and an utility elite such as Empathic Removal is sometimes more useful than both.
Rit:
Barbed signet is bad on a hero who has only 2 non-spammable necro skills that target enemies (not to mention you already have Jagged Bones!);
Oppressive Gaze is bad;
Blood Bond is good, but you don't need it and it fits badly into your team (attribute-wise).
Mes:
Heroes use PI funny;
Spirit Light/PwK are much better choices than Ghostmirror Light;
Overkill e-management.
Team:
Needs PS somewhere, I suggest on Necro along with Aegis, SoA.
Resto split is better put on Rit.
Mesmer isn't doing much. A Tease Machine or Panic would do the disruption better, though most of the time pure DPS is better (Communing Rit, though I'm guessing you wish to stay away from 'meta' builds)
If you really want the /P stuff, they fit best on a real Para. Have a look at Anthem of Envy (yes, the shouts which specify "Allies" affect your minions and spirits, though only the spirits have attack skills and only the minions will benefit from GftE).
If you want Weakness, go with Enfeebling Blood where ever it can fit, it requires minimal attribute investment.
Consider an Orders necro when you play with a friend, with Cultist's Fervor it can be a real toolbox.

Quick summary:
-Give the Necro more Restoration or Protection instead of Command
-Give the Ritualist more Restoration or Smiting (SoH for melee) instead of Blood
-Give the Mesmer more Domination and Panic instead of Restoration
This way you'll have more damage and shutdown via Domination, better energy management for all healers, and more healing (meaning you can add more offensive hench, instead of the defensive hench who don't have the best e-management).
If you have a melee player character, I've become a great fan of Withering Aura on a Minion necro and then finding a place for Strength of honor, usually on the Rit.

You are better to:
1. Leave the necro skills to the necro which you can rune, instead of a secondary. You don't need a high blood for blood bond.
2. Leave the restoration skills to the rit which you can rune, instead of a secondary. You don't need a high SP anyway.
3. Oppressive Gaze and barbed signet are just bad
4. In HM, you should bring PS and Aegis
5. If you want to bring a mesmer, bring a mesmer with mesmer skills like CoF and mistrust.

If you'll play as a barrage rabger with this team set-up, you'd maybe better go /P and put Gfte and athem of envy on your char.
Also,
- I'd put prot skills on the MM bar (Aegis, PS, shield of absorption); instead of dark bond you may want to use masochism, too
- the rit should go resto hybrid. I'd put spirtlight, mend body and PwK and change A-rage to painful bond.
- a Panic/westrel/mistrust/CoF mesmer for shutdown may be better.
The rit can provide large flexibility, i.e. you may go /Mo with some smiting skills.

I'd put the paragon stuff on the sos rit and put the blood stuff on the necro. I never run Barbed signet, an oppressive gaze is inferior to enfeebling blood.
I'd also drop ghostmirror light on the Me/Rt for Spirit Light and put the restor stuff on the rit.
For the rit, put painful bond instead of A-rage.
You shouldn't put adrenaline skills on a caster either.

how can I put pictures like that into any post that I do.
I've noticed that several others have done it and I was wondering if there's a page that I can go to that teaches me how to put built-in.
A pictures worth 1000 words.
