Hero Synergy
How smart is the hero AI at removing hexes and conditions? For example, will they remove Ulcerous Lungs from the Paragon before the Ranger? Will they remove blind from the Warrior before the Elementalist?
Also, how smart is the AI at skills that require conditions? Some skills work better or have added benefits when the foe has a condition or hex. For example I'm thinking of the Ranger skill Body Shot. It gives energy to the Ranger if the foe has Cracked Armor. Will the Necro hero cast Weaken Armor and then the Ranger hero will use Body Shot on that same foe? Or does it require me to "call" the target foe?
Lastly, do Minion Master heros cast enchantments on each other's minions? Or if I put Dwayna's Sorrow on a Monk hero instead, will that Monk cast it on the minions as well?

You can pretty much completely ignore hex removal in PVE. Its never a problem, and if it is, a couple of hex removals wont do anything to help. One useful thing to do is to have Shatter Hex somewhere on a mesmer as your only hex removal, it will turn the mostly useless hexes that the AI uses into huge AoE nukes.
Condition removal is much more important as there is a lot of mass degen stuff (like mandragors) all over the place.
I dont think that the AI prioritizes what to remove, just like it cant prioritize what to interupt, do the best condition removals to use are ones that remove lots of conditions. In most situations, a couple of mend body and souls with an SoS rit and N/Rt is a lot more useful than using monks, as they will be able to clear conditions much faster, and have a lot more energy.
With something like Dwaynas sorrow for minions, if you want to try that out then put the skill on your MM. Dont waste a healers slot for a skill like that. I'm not sure how that would work, but it sounds interesting adding that skill onto a minion bomber.

I still hate hex anyway. So I bring Hex eater signet on my Panic (aoe hex removal), and Reverse hex on my ER.
I like Recuperation on my discord N/RT for perma +3 against mass degen.
Dwaynas sorrow works great with minions. But I put it on E/R because my minion bomber spec for 16death 9 blood for Blood ritual and dark bond

I forgot about those, I could use that as well on my panic and ER.

In hex heavy areas I like Convert Hexes on my ER Prot. In areas with aoe hexes and/or snare hexes I like Hexbreaker Aria, it doesn't require speccing. Shatter Hex is another option.
To answer the OP's question though, I don't think heroes are that smart, but I might be wrong. Haven't really paid attention to which professions get hex removal priority for certain hexes.

Deny hexes on a UA monk is probably the only real hex removal other than Convert hexes. Hexeater signet does okay against deep freeze and AOE hexes that you want off, but other than those there's very few bulk removals that are nonelite and recharge in below 20 seconds. Shatter hex is a huge energy investment and 10 recharge isn't lower than 8 of remove hex.
I tried using hexbreaker aria but it takes too long to get it up and running, especially with go for the eyes.
If you're willing to drop an elite you can bring expel hexes (8 recharge) or empathic removal (7 recharge). Divert hexes is a bit pricey (10 energy, 5 recharge) and you need 12 in prot to outdo expel ; Peace and Harmony is on 12 recharge.
