I've run a lot of N/Rt healers, and on the whole I like Xinrae's Weapon best of the resto elites. I don't think it's anything special, but it's better than most of the non-elites. I'd replace Flesh Of My Flesh with it.

I would swap the flesh of my flesh on your healer out for xinrae's weapon or weapon of remedy for sure. you really dont want your dedicated healer ressing in mid battle (thus not healing) and losing half his health while hes at it (flesh of my flesh sacrifices 50% hp). Besides, Rejuvenation is better replaced by Restoration, but thats my opinion.
Also, 2 of your hero's carry splinter weapon, while none of them attack physically. so unless they have spear/shield sets or something similar (which I wouldnt reccomend) the only physical attacker is you (I assume). Swap out splinter weapon for spirit rift on your SoS rit. It causes cracked armor so another condition for your mesmer.
And finally, when in NM, you should swap out the spirit spammer (the one with signet of ghostly might) for a searing flames nuker or any other nuke build I personally favor searing flames.

Also, I find that the hero AI doesnt use chaos storm or fragility very well, they are much better of running something else instead.

SV is useless, don't use it. By the time your heroes casts it the HP of that foe will already be <50%. Xinrae's is the best choice, imo.

In general youre underestimating how fast 7 heroes can be and preparing yourself for longer fights then you will usually have. Therefore I'd say keep the 4 bars on the top and add in 3x Discordway bars on the bottom.

SS will practically never (exception on very special encounters and UW\FoW) do anything really usefull. So if you want a curse nec pain of disenchantment as elite is probably better (more direct guaranteed damage package, less time wasted on casting)

Im just done with a 19 fcking zone caravanq now so cutting this short and saying i might post some more concrete builds tomorrow.

I don't think either of those is a good choice, though I agree that N/Rt healers can do without a healing elite. Discord requires a big spec in Death Magic to be worth while, and SV requires a high spec in Blood (and is still not worth while). All the attribute points should be in Soul Reaping and Restoration for a sabway N/Rt.

I'd suggest Icy Veins, a Soul Reaping elite, if you don't want to use Xinrae's.

Edit: Or, go with the suggestion above and change all three necros to Discordway. The extra healing and prot from the other two necros in that build makes up for the 12 Death Magic the healer will need. With the mesmers slapping on AoE hexes and others supplying conditions (including the minions), you don't even need to run an AP caller bar to make this work effectively. Bring a few spammable conditions of your own, if you have any. (I really like "You Are All Weaklings!" for this.)

I've been using preservation and it works quite well. It's not the greatest thing in the world but if you want a quick cast low energy elite why not?

Overload or Unnatural Signet are great choices instead of chaos storm.
