Of course we can go through the mission/dungeon more than once, but no one should ever need to. If we only choose areas that are easier to access (i.e. outside towns) and don't require such a time investment simply to test a build.

There is only so much you can use the excuse of familiarity for. For example, I remember the first time I did Vloxen to test a build not so long ago was a good while after I had last done Vloxen. This showed in a time of around 33 minutes (for example, I went for the lever in the northwest of level 3, which is completely unnecessary). The second time, with a slightly different build, I was familiar with Vloxen. This showed an improvement in time to around 25 minutes.
I don't know about you but I have many responsibilities that warrant my attention in real life, dont expect me to remember every nook and corner of an annoying dungeon after one year. After getting everything that I want in this game for 16 pve characters across all professions, I have no reason to play everyday, for a long time now. I tried the areas just to see the hoops someone would need to jump through just to introduce his build to you.

Really guys, you expect everyone to grind through 25 minutes of repeated content just to share a build with you? If you have time to kill, sure, but build testing should not need to exceed 5 minutes of content.

Noone needs to do anything. If someone just cares if his build is working there is no need to test it, he will find out eventually.

But if someone really wants to make a good build that he feels is worth sharing I think it it quite likely that he will invest an hour of his life to do 2 vloxen runs.

If I am going to introduce a dungeon build, sure you are right, I would need to make sure that it works in dungeons, don't I? However, most of the general PvE builds were created for vanquishing and missions. Not that they don't necessarily work in dungeons, but I don't see why putting a vanquishing build through 2 vloxen runs for an hour, would be necessary just to prove its effectiveness.

Sure, some people with lots of time in their hands, may be fine with that. But I think having this requirement would reduce build innovations by discouraging build sharing, in general. Unless there is a system in place where people are willing to test their builds for them in said dungeon, otherwise I dont see how this would work well.

You don't like people to post untested builds, but if you go to the other extreme of requiring them to spend an hour grinding through 2 dungeons runs, etc. whenever they want to share a build, that is also not efficient.
