Few things i'd say:
-As you're playing imbagon, there's enough protection to kick the ST rit, as everybody in earshot should be protted at 60-80% from armor-respecting dmg. This allows you to change the N/Rt communing with the Rit, that is much more effective with SP. Also consider to tweak a bit that bar, doesn't look that good atm. (SOGM, Recall essence-micro'ed-or ST with offensive spirits).
-Put some extra prots on MM. SY! won't reduce any armor-ignoring dmg, and having extra prots is nice (but a full ST is overkill). Make it N/Mo, and put Prot Spirit + Aegis, plus SoAbsorbtion or another res.
-Panic+Esurge looks fine (just replace energy burn for something else like Overload on Panic, and swap Leech sig. for WNWN on Esurge - they stack better than rupts).
-On ele: take away Mark of Rog, Djinn haste, glyph of power and trow in Meteor, Liquid flame and AoRestoration.
Now you should have a extra slot to fill. Things i'd keep in mind:
-UA (smiter or heal) cuz you have 1 res atm. I don't say you need too much, but 2 or 3, expeciallyif one is UA is enough.
-Another SF ele, because 1 alone would just spread condition, 2 will do some dmg.
