Looking at the pro's and cons of MoM, I would build around that:
Pros:
It's cheap, semi spammable, and raises all elemental attributes.
Plenty of free attribute points
Cons:
Worse energy regain than attunements (1/3/4/7en vs 2/4/6/8en)
Relying solely on MoM would make you useless if it's stripped (even though only 10re)
While I don't use any current MoM build, this is what I would do:
12+1+1 Energy Storage (14 in Elemental Attributes)
10 in Tactics/Command to let you use a shield at full armor.
8+1 in one elemental attribute line (rank 9 better than 0 if MoM stripped).
Prismatic Insignias (+20AL base armor)
1 Attunement in one elemental attribute
For example, Earth Magic to make a terra tank:
12+1+1 EStorage, 10 Command, 8+1 EarthM
Master of Magic, Earth Attunement, Stone Striker, Fall Back, Stand Your Ground, Aftershock, Grasping Earth, Stoneflesh Aura.
Shield: 16AL + 10vsEarth.
Damage Mitigation: (130AL = 70% reduction compared to 60AL), -29dmg.
Your hero team would then pref. bring AoE, Knockdowns, and maybe a ProtSpirit on you.
