i highly doubt he got a chest drop dwarven axe, as they wouldn't drop non-inscribable anymore besides for purples. they never have before, thats like crystallines dropping in chests

They did that before but the chest got removed.

If you are talking about the chests that were in dreadnaughts drift and ice floe those were from the old chest system that were missed when they switched over to keys. The only chests left sorta like that for pve are kilroy,fow,uw,and the only one that drops gold anything is the HoH chest. I won't believe the dwarven axes until I see a screenshot of it coming out of a chest that isn't any of the above.
